As important as the forensic testimony is, I have to admit that it is usually the least favorite part of a trial for me. As each witness testified, the defense seemed to have a common question for each..."did you study with Henry Lee", or something like that. Each seemed to respond that they took a course at his place, but didn't participate with him. So, does the defense have Henry Lee on their witness list...anyone know?

I'd be very surprised if Henry Lee got involved with this sleaze ball ~ Aaron is nothing more than a **** BULLY with an ego and sense of self-importance. You can take him out of the hood.. BUT his mentality and need to stay connected with fellow **** criminals was too strong!!

I'm surprise that even LK Baden even ventured into this case too. Baez?? NOPE it takes a sleaze to defend a sleaze :twocents:

catching up on witnesses from the club that night...frankly not impressed with state's case so far...so far it seems very weak.

I think they have enough evidence to know that he killed these poor guys. But not sure they have enough to prove it to a jury. It depends upon how the jury feels about their star witness's upcoming testimony.

They do have some compelling circumstantial evidence. And Baez is essentially admitting that the bullets are flying out of AH's suv that night. He is just saying Bradley is the shooter, not Hernandez. But did Hernandez do the right thing and call for help for the victims? Did he report his rogue partner to the police afterwards?

NO, he hid his SUV in his uncle's garage and then got some bullet/gun tattoos. So even Baez is admitting that AH was involved in the double killing.

The only real question is which one of the 2 was the actual shooter. But AH is admitting he was there in HIS SUV, tailing the suspects, and was right there for the shootings. Sounds like he was, at the very least, an accomplice to the murders.

^^^^ I think this guy forgot about the video evidence, clearly showing the circumstances of the victim's brutal death.^^^^^

Oh wow.
Locke rules 2 Tattoos are admissible.

I am not sure how I feel about the tattoo evidence being admitted. I do think AH may have gotten the gun tattoo and the God Forgives tattoo in honor of his crimes. But I am not sure it is really provable.

Yes, he hid the SUV in his uncle's garage, which is a big deal. What else would be the reason... hiding it to help his friend that he shot & left for dead... don't think so.

Bradley is going to be a challenge. AH also has a witness intimidation charge for shooting Bradley that will also come in. I am hoping that after all the evidence is presented that the jurors will get a clearer picture.

another observation....the way the defense team huddles around AH it must remind him of the good old days...what it looks like in a courtroom is a group of people not looking for the truth.

How prophetic...

Sullivan is really doing quite a job on Ojimba...he is clearly a very good attorney.

So to suggest a person proclivity to commit crimes is irrelevant by defence ?? .. I know the jury is not to have any sniff of evidence of previous murder.. But Geesh Loueeze.. This guy has been part and parcel of so many feloneous things including murder. Some how he's not responsible???

There are a lot of cases aside from direct evidence Aaron did this himself.. BUT many have gone down for similar murders because THEY were paid to do it on behest of person with motive.

I do think the surviving victim of Herandez ( will nail his A$$! )
Bradley ( witness victim of Aaron shooting in face and leaving for dead) This guy is in prison/well known drug dealer kingpin in the area..

but video evidence shows Aaron driving that 4-Runner.. not Bradley he had no control of said vehicle.. AH pursued those kids.. cut them off.. killed them because he felt dissed.. NO connection between victims in BMW to Bradley.. No one should ever condone Bradley's life style.. But Aaron 's team trying to muddy victims with his besets buddy supplier of drugs..then thought he killed him because of knowledge !! Just who is the EVIL ONE!! ??

LKB says.. gobblygoop crap.. GSR inside outside vehicle blah blah.. Surviving witness identified shooter exited from vehicle..saw the shoes....so what LK Baden trying to spin facts ?? Yep.. Spin Drug dealing gone bad scenario to advance the victims were BAD GUYS!!

Personally I cannot wait for Bradley to testify.. he too was part of the drug cartels/gangs .. BUT he too was targeted by Aaron BECAUSE he knew too much.. Did Aaron think he was some sort of Mafioso Boss?

BOSTON (CBS) – Testimony in Aaron Hernandez’s double murder trial suggested that the former Patriots tight end made a phone call to his fiancée right at the time two men were killed in Boston’s South End.
Telephone records showed that Hernandez called Shayanna Jenkins about seven seconds after he allegedly murdered Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado outside a Boston nightclub in 2012.
An expert witness from AT&T testified on Thursday that the phone call was made in the area the murders took place.

So.... how will Baez explain this???

 • #554
Locke has allowed these tattoos coming in as an 'admission of guilt'. There must be a convincing argument for him to rule this admissible or he would have denied it. I have a feeling that they are going to show texts about these tats that will corroborate this, maybe more.

Baez has been trying to explain it by casting doubt on cell ping evidence. They have been attacking that process of 'cell tower' mapping during their cross of the past few experts. I guess it will depend upon whether the jurors buy his BS or not.

yes i did and simply cannot wait to see him on with jury there...he saw that additional person and defense needs this guy.

 • #557
Linda Kenny Baden is really offensive...very brash in appearance and manner and frankly doubt her grilling this very well spoken and experienced emergency doc will play that well with jury. I don't see where she made any progress for defense. She is nasty looking and seems to be the same in her personality.

wow..Sanches is quite the witness...the things he says under his breath are priceless and very indicative of his level of cooperation. Just heard him mutter he wants to go home as they break for lunch. Clearly in this community there is a very tense situation between black (maybe Cape Verdians) and hispanic who are considered almost white. Now talking about CVO Cape Verdian Outlaws....did not realize this case will go out that far in terms of evidence...normally the scope is far narrower.
