July 16, 2012 - Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado are killed by gunshots fired into their vehicle in Boston's South End after leaving Cure Nightclub, for which Hernandez is later indicted.

February 13, 2013 - After leaving a strip club in Miami, Hernandez allegedly shoots friend and drug dealer Alexander Bradley in the forehead, and dumps his body in an industrial park off of I-95 near Riviera Beach, in Palm Beach County, Florida. Bradley survives, losing his right eye, and files a lawsuit against Hernandez for the shooting. Prosecutors later claim that the incident is the result of an argument over Bradley's knowledge of the 2012 homicide and Hernandez is indicted on witness intimidation charges in the
Bradley shooting in May 2015.

June 14, 2013 - Lloyd and Hernandez go out to Rumor Nightclub in Boston. A witness claims that Aaron appeared to be upset at Odin in the club that night and ended up storming out. Prosecutors later imply that Hernandez may have been upset at Lloyd for speaking to patrons associated with the victims in the 2012 shootings.

RBBM^^ since I didn't follow the Odin Lloyd trial and seems they had pretty much had the evidence, but who would the "patrons associated with the victims in the 2012 shooting be?

Just thinking back, I wonder if the yesterday morning issue that was going on prior to trial was a last minute thing on the witness in Kuwait that the defense handed over to the CW. There was a tweet that said Haagan had gone up to sidebar with some papers. Kind of late if so.

Yes Cathy with Court Chatter tweeted that iirc, and then the 2 witnesses - guy that took photo w/AH and the Sweepah guy, then they called a "Chris Hall" or was tweeted then they went to hallway and no one there. Then they did bring in the mgr of Tootsies from FL in. So not sure what that was all about. No one by name of Chris Hall on witness list.

Who could it be, that does not want to testify, but could be forced to, from Kuwait, in uniform?

The only way he could be forced to is if he has major exculpatory evidence, right? I mean if he was an eye witness that purportedly saw AB shoot the Boston victims, and he told someone so, he could be forced to testify under oath to that?

If a witness is served a subpoena to come to court & testify, and s/he refuses, s/he can be cited for contempt of court & jailed. I don't know whether being in uniform in a foreign country makes any difference. The law is the law...

After reviewing the video from today, it appears this "letter" from the Army was sent email. And Judge Locke just rec'd at the time they were just speaking of the witness. Start at abt 1:04:00 iirc So unsure still maybe what they had at sidebar yesterday morning.

the State= implying he was arrested because he did something illegal, OR was mistakenly accused, but it was dropped , and the sweeper is still very angry so he is purposely trying to make the cops look bad in this high profile case now as payback
