It goes back to AH's tattoo with only 5 bullets in the chambers that CW says indicates AH acknowledging only 5 bullets were in gun when he killed these 2.

It was AH's gun and he would have known how many bullets were loaded. Why would AH tat his body after doing this shooting with 5 bullets? His body is a skin diary with what he seems to want to be recorded. :jail:

Thanks....If they look closer I bet they would find the 6th bullet somewhere on AH body.

Glad to see the Judge call in back up Judges in for certain issues. JB will try anything and this is one way to keep him in check.

For all they know that graze wound came from flying tempered shattered glass!! So instead of medical certainty.. it's speculative theory biased by Def. team's agenda to prove 6 bullets.

Boy, Dr. Down's is showing his biases. It could have been a piece of the bullet that went through and thru. Which would also indicate only 5 bullets fired.!!
