But I don't get the feeling that there is going to be a divided or hung jury/

I also think that they know he is doing LIFE already for murder. I think that knowledge makes it a little easier to vote GUILTY even if there is a tiny bit of doubt. It's not like it is going to drag him out of his mansion and his charmed life if they find him Guilty. It just adds to the reputation but does not really change his life all that much.

What's of interest is that the Judge tells the jury he'll get back to them tomorrow with an answer and to resume deliberations unless this is the only issue remaining.

And then they go home.

looks like today but guessing afternoon...soon they will get an answer to the question (after some serious wrangling because these answers can really impact the decision or change some minds)....the answer is probably not yes or no and then they can have some more wrangling...and then just filling out all the forms will take time but it does seem like the end is coming. After all of this I honestly will not be surprised at anything other than hung. Doubt they will hang.

love to hear comments on that question...the answer...then the modified answer...I think judge Locke really inserted himself in there too much and I fully expect a NG on that one...Cw should have included evidence somehow that covered indirect which is a no brainer just in case. But I am no legal mind so wondering how others saw this?
