GUILTY MA - Ana Walshe, 39, allegedly left home, may have been dismembered, Cohasset, Jan 2023 *husband indicted* #4

Brian never sounded confused in the days after her death. Calm and collected.

For context I'm arguing the closing of the Defense not stating what is being said in the court room

Defense

People do terrible things out of fear, panic confusion

He feels guilty over what he did.

[Huh? He meant to cut her up. Weird defense argument. ]

Whether he knows it or not, the defense is telling a tale as old as time.

Attorney T never watched Snapped episodes I take it?

You can't base your verdict on sympathy, anger....

Not to mention in all his various security pics. 🤮

I can't believe his closing is going to take 45 minutes. Doesn't seem there is much there at this point.

I have been fearful at several points in my life. Never caused me to dismember a human I shared children with and scatter them about town :(

This is wild.

Essentially asking the jury to just ignore how she died, and forgive BW for everything he did after, because he was confused?

All that fear, panic, etc, also fits with sudden murder.

it is the Jury's AMERICAN duty in this country to find this poor confused fearful man not guilty. (my own paraphrasing/sarcasm)

I agree. It sounds like the very closing comments. He’s speaking AT the jury.

They were in love... it makes no sense....

Defense never provided testimony to prove that BW was confused or scared or panicked.

God Bless America, wrapped in a flag

Yelling something loudly with emphasis and passion doesn't make it any more true, sir

He’s making my skin crawl with his angry toned lecturing

Murder rarely makes sense. Also, the jury knows Ana wasn’t in love with BW any longer. Such a generic closing.

Such a stretch

Sudden unexpected something happens.

And that's what he panicked at?

We're agreed. He panicked after murdering his wife.
