the search of how to dispose of a body happened SIX HOURS LATER.

and? What context would you put this fact in?

  • #2,402
BW added 'murder' to his searches, but only after a lengthy 6 hours, to get more returns on his how to get rid of a body venture.

Why couldn't he call a funeral parlor, Counselor?

Ana was making plans for the future Mr Defense Attorney….without BW.
God, he’s a boor.

This is so unbelievably bad for the Defense. I expected more and I'm honestly let down a little.

dispose of a body would include cemeteries, funeral homes, so of course he had to use a different second word in his search.

Is this guy flippin serious????

The cleaning searches don't mention a body, but you're thinking it. Maybe he just wanted to start spring cleaning early?

Defense said, he couldn't call a funeral parlor after that.

After what?

After Ana suddenly died, pristine in her bed?

The reason he couldn't call a funeral parlor is ... because she wasn't pristine.

If he planned to murder why would he not have searched out disposal and dismemberment before he killed her?

IN actuality, this may be the only part of his closing that gives them pause. JMO

alluding BW was framed because the big bad government didn't handle the knife properly.

  • #2,410
Defense talking about the knife.... no further testing....

If that knife is the weapon used, why is it in the cabinet about the refrigerator?

Why wouldn't he throw it away?

Dude couldn't even get through any of the self check out registers without help

Strategic planning was not his methodology.

You have heard evidence of bags and bags being thrown in dumpsters over a period of days.

Indeed we have sir. Indeed we have.

  • #2,416
The government is at fault because they know even what we are thinking because - computers LMAO this closing is a whole arse mess 😁 😁 🤣

  • #2,417
Gee, why was the knife in a cabinet above the refrigerator? I know I keep my knives way out of reach. 🥱🥱 BW needed control of the murder weapon.

Because he didn't plan for a bloody mess.

He may have started by strangling her and she fought back. Her babies were in that house. She may have grabbed the knife to defend herself, and he got cut taking it from her and fatally stabbing her with it. She didn't go down without a fight, IMO.

That's why he needed to find a way to dispose of a body with THOSE injuries.

Because although premeditated, it wasn’t a long planning process. Once he committed the murder, he knew he was sunk.

what you see with your own eyes is not true. The government is tricking you. you can rely on circumstantial evidence. But however you decide, it must be reasonable.
