BW has a rosary wrapped around his right hand. It is very evident and a clear ploy to continue his con game. Every time he moves his hand to scratch his face or muffle a cough it's there.

Harrison Schmidt is on the stand former Detective now Sgt.
I had to stop watching bc of the gaslighting.

This guy has been a conman his entire life.

Why I even believe he may end up taking the stand bc in no universe a sane guy finds himself with a corpse in bed who happens to be his wife and takes the path he chose.

He’ll think he can lay it out. Sell the jury.

The cameras pre trial were laser focused on the mom inside the courtroom. Which was interesting.

Yes, interesting….she was sitting facing the isle with the camera focused on her….not sitting in a seat facing the front of the courtroom as she usually does…then she stands up as BW was brought into the courtroom. Weird….

First witness to take the stand is Sgt. Harrison Schmidt of the Cohasset Police Dept.

Schmidt was the lead investigator on the Ana Walshe case. He recalls his first interview of Brian Walshe at Walshe’s #Cohasset home.

Pictures of the Walshe home are shown. The prosecutor now wants to play an audio recording of interview with Brian Walshe from 1/4/23.

Lemme get this straight-- perfect marriage, happy celebration, husband of the year does dishes, Ana dies suddenly in the time it took him to wash a handful of dishes???? And he doesn't try CPR, doesn't call 911, doesn't wonder what caused her death -- maybe he was really smart, and just intuited that it was adult unexplained death, and decided the obvious next step was hacksaw?

I didn't think he could be more unlikable, but here we are.

Wonder what BW is thinking listening to his interview with his children playing in the background.
God he is smooth. Mentions that there is normally more contact when she is traveling to her home but not so much when she is flying back to work. Mentions it like it's nothing. Like a fact.

Lots of extra details mentioned like how AW wrote on the wine box 'best year ever'.
AW didn't explain the 'emergency' that she had to rush off for. She woke me up around 6 she said I love you very much.

BW offering an incredible amount of details but few facts. She flew jet blue. got a jet blue credit card. Or it could be American airlines. Seems like BW always has a backdoor to slide into. Says their oldest said goodbye to AW. --Not if she was dead.

Jury sitting there listening to BW obviously lie about how his wife left the house kissed him goodbye and how his son said goodbye to mommy in the morning. No mention of how he returned to bed and she was suddenly and unexpectedly dead.

This recording is taken in the family dining room. The kids are loud in the background. Walshe tells the Sgt., Ana woke him up around 6am New Years day and said she had to go. Walshe said one of their sons saw her and they told each other that they loved each other.

Walshe tells Sgt that Ana hadn’t been feeling well but that the boys and him were sick too recently.

Ugh I hate when reporters don’t create a thread with their tweets.
You’ll need to read these from the bottom up

BW. She's never left her phone at the residence when returning to work

Also BW it has happened, it has happened.

He knows at this point

He's all over the place at this point. I can't even keep up.

So there he is, velvet tongue, chatting it up with the detective....with enthusiasm... the perfect evening, went to bed by 1:30 am "absolutely"...

Says, "that last day"....

There it is.

Even though he's trying to sell snake oil to the detective, his brain just told on him. Not a last day if she's off on JetBlue jetblueing.

Welp.

who does the finances. oh AW is much better at that - we do it together- she is much better at due dates.

we are financially better than ever.

I've been experiencing legal problems.

I have to pay restitution but we totally have the money for that

I couldn't be in DC because of that.
