Is this defense attorney talking about p hub search terms just to take up time because he has no case?
Totally!! I just cannot. What a complete jackA!The Defense is doing a bang up job securing Brian's conviction.

Agree his defense is just plain silly. He would have been better off claiming he lost control when he found out about her affair. Personally I think he was using her as a cash cow. JMOOThis is the worst defense strategy I've ever heard, woelrse than sweatered ninjas.
I guess, by pleading guilty to some of the charges, it takes that power away from the jury, lest they get so weary of finding Brian guikty, they just slip a guilty in for murder, too.
But this really messes with the State's case. I'm sure the prosecution was preparing to try him on all the charges. Hence Uber, Lyft, BlueJet witnesses. Proving Ana never went anywhere...
But we're all agreed. Ana was dead that night. All that's left for the jury is to decide if he killed her or if she just happened to die naturally, right before he hacksawed her.
It'll take the jury longer to fill out the verdict form then to deliberate.

Seeing BW gripping the rosary beads reminds me of Michi - remember when she wore the rosary as a necklace in the early days? ( Dulos case )
"Prosecutors spent most of the first day of Brian Walshe’s murder trial playing tapes of his lies, but on Tuesday, they let a series of gruesome computer searches speak for themselves."

‘How to saw a body’: Police testify on Brian Walshe browser searches
In the days and hours after Walshe has admitted his wife Ana died, his computer history shows searches for, “how to saw a body,” “hacksaw the best tool for dismembering a body,” and “wa…www.bostonherald.com
A lawyer should weigh in for you but here is my 2 centsThis quote is from your linked article - I'd like clarification from anyone who cares to share. TIA
"He also asked if Gaurino had “no probable cause” to search into Walshe’s devices earlier than Christmas Day, and Guarino said that was correct. Walshe has been charged with first degree murder, which requires premeditation, something that the defense is likely going to try to chip away at and disprove throughout the trial."
So it sounds like this is the basis of the defense - premeditation. Are they saying that you cannot prove first degree murder in MA without that? Help me, my brain is useless since the bombshell in the Rebecca Park case today. How could this be possible? Explain it to me like I am a five year old.
And thank you @waldojabba for the gifted article.
Sadly it's the norm in the cases I follow.sorry y'all this is this worst of the worst no words
