And will he show up in jail attire?
In Mass when one is convicted they generally have the right to wear civilian clothing as we see today.

Let us not forget that the children are all under 10 years old. I believe the eldest is only 8 and the youngest around 4 now. I hope that a no contact is put in place until the children are at least 25. He is was too much of a conman and I don't want him twisting the truth to make him into some sort of martyr.

That will be a tough one but I totally agree - I don't know how that works in the court system
The kids prob have a right to see their father - its complicated I assume

The CW: the sentence isn't inhumane; the defendant's actions were.

Defense: it's inhumane to sentence him to consecutive sentences.

Huh?

The judge is not moved by the defense's argument.

Good.

It really bothers me that he doesn't lower his head, if not in shame, deference. It's so arrogant.

Defense is arguing that sentencing an individual years beyond their death is inhumane (i.e., the result of consecutive sentences).

Judge: LWOP is immensely appropriate for your murderous actions and the lifelong trauma you inflicted on your own children.

Yes, I understand what they're after. It's just such a stretch. His crimes were beyond the pale. Mercy isn't his.

Scathing words from the judge.

Barbaric, one of them.

Judge finds only aggravating factors, no mitigating factors.

Luckily he won’t notice the inhumanity since he’ll be dead
