Can RB be charged again, new charges after this case? I assume probably not because of the plea deal...
I feel so sick, hearing the way Bella was treated... I hate to even think this, but part of me believes her death was grace from the horrors she lived with. Seems no one was going to save her from that life.

I agree...We know she's not enduring untold torture now. She should never have been in such an environment, but at least, she is out of it now--and enjoying a happy, carefree life.

I also agree. I didn't know quite how to voice the thought.

I hope not. I'm so frustrated that she wasn't charged with Bella's murder. I don't think I've ever felt such hatred and disgust for a person in any of the cases I've followed. She doesn't deserve to breathe fresh air or feel the sun on her face. She belongs in a hole.

RB's attorney JB who worked out her plea deal was also AH's girlfriend Shay's attorney who also got a plea deal for her testimony.

Yes, she was 41 in February during the hearing for her plea deal.

Me too! Thank you for helping me keep up with Bella. This case sickens me. To think of that little girl's suffering around drug crazed adults and NO ONE stepped in to help her. Terrifying. I don't get the impression RB cares about anything but getting herself out of trouble [emoji35]. IMO

JB was representing AH if I am correct?
Did not follow that case.

But I did follow Caylee and Zahra... and Bella is right up there with them. This case rips my heart in two. I find myself unable to process the life poor little Bella experienced. This case is beyond bizarre. She is better off having moved on from this so-called life she lived briefly... Briefly being the blessing? Poor baby Bella. You are loved. 😥
