Another thought that just occurred to me:
IANAL but it seems to me that if Michelle is convicted because she somehow "made" Conrad commit suicide, it opens the door for all kinds of nasty criminals to plead innocence because they were in a weakened emotional state and therefore someone else made them do it.
Is that really a precedent we as a society want to set?
