Defense attorney Duncan Levin, who has represented the likes of

Harvey Weinstein, claimed that prosecutors will be looking for any instance where the mother was of sound mind before the incident took place.
The evidence could prove the killings were "premeditated and that she was in a calm, collected frame of thinking," Levin exclusively told The U.S. Sun.
