A pretrial hearing that was scheduled Monday for
Lindsay Clancy, the Duxbury woman charged with killing her three young children in January 2023,
was postponed until Sept. 30, a judge said from the bench.
Clancy’s remote hearing in Plymouth Superior Court had been scheduled for 12:30 p.m. to deal with “outstanding discovery and ... address the live feed issues” related to a
planned mental health evaluation of Clancy, records show.
But Judge William F. Sullivan said from the bench that the hearing would be postponed several weeks. He did not give a reason.
