Anybody know what happened at the August 25th hearing?

I have been struggling to look up Lindsay Clancy's case information at Massachusetts Trial Court Case Access -- to no avail. I know that she was indicted by a Grand Jury. She was arraigned in Plymouth District Court and pleas of not guilty to first-degree murder charges were entered for her in February 2023. At some point, she was arraigned again -- this time I believe in Plymouth Superior Court. Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy Cruz is prosecuting her case. Her attorney is Kevin Reddington.

That's all I have and it gets me nothing.

A pretrial hearing that was scheduled Monday for Lindsay Clancy, the Duxbury woman charged with killing her three young children in January 2023, was postponed until Sept. 30, a judge said from the bench.

Clancy’s remote hearing in Plymouth Superior Court had been scheduled for 12:30 p.m. to deal with “outstanding discovery and ... address the live feed issues” related to a planned mental health evaluation of Clancy, records show.

But Judge William F. Sullivan said from the bench that the hearing would be postponed several weeks. He did not give a reason.

Wonder why he postponed? Is the defense protesting the expert who will administer her examination?

Postponed due to an attorney was on another trial.

During the hearing, her lawyer does want to discuss the recording of the exam.

Clancy’s lawyer, Kevin Reddington, appearing remotely via Zoom, requested the parties return for an August hearing to “just to talk about this ... issue with the live feeds, recordings.”

Pardon me for a personal impression, but looking at Lindsay on the zoom, I'm getting a very uncomfortable feeling. There's darkness in those eyes. JMO

Motions hearing scheduled in Plymouth Court on November 18, 2025 at 10 am.

"There will be all sorts of horrific evidence that the government will present, and I don't suggest for one minute that they would be doing that to try to kind of take advantage, if you will, of the emotion of the case," Reddington said over Zoom, adding, "it's just the nature of the beast, it's just very difficult to defend in that type of situation."

He and a prosecutor discussed why prosecutors' experts haven't had a chance to interview Clancy at the hospital where she's been recovering. The judge urged them to get it scheduled for before the next hearing, on Nov. 18.

Trial date scheduled for February 9, 2026.

This quote from the nbcBoston article above had this statement. I always "feel" so much for the husband. He has stood by her, but it must be so excruciating painful. I did notice the past-tense in which he speaks... I WASN"T rather than I AM.... I do wonder how he is doing now?

"I wasn't married to a monster — I was married to someone who got sick," he said in the interview, in which he also recalled his wife's mental health struggles.

JMO, but I think it goes beyond just "getting sick". I can't get over her casual remark to her husband that strangling those beautiful children (and that took planning, time, and effort) was like a "snap of the fingers". I guess I will never comprehend the true depths of this psychosis.
God have mercy on this poor woman. Her life is over, no matter what the justice system does to her. Infinitely sad...
