Stonebridge: "I was able to determine O’keefe’s death due to acute traumatic injuries - this is due to some type of trauma." She says it was something with some type of force- I can't say what type of force.

Stonebridge is done. There is no cross examination.

Next up is: Irini Scordi-Bello, of the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. She will review autopsy photos of the victim post mortem Judge warns jury they could be graphic, they are not to let them impact decision based on pity for the victim- only if they provide clinical help

Great CW witness. Another witness who does not testify JOK was struck by a car. Her testimony could just as well be showing he was in a fight. JMO

Par for the course. The so called " mountain of evidence " is an an ant hill. A very, very small and contaminated ant hill.

Go back and watch Kerry Robert’s testimony-
It includes the conditions as recorded by responding officers dash cam.
He was covered -

At 13:30 in this video, the officer pulls up and either Kerry or Karen is visible to the side of the fire hydrant. It's clear based on the fire hydrant itself that there isn't enough snow there to have entirely covered a 6'2" 200 lb human.

The irony is I came into this case with an open mind and it’s been the CW solely that has put me firmly in one camp.

While everyone was out partying, was there an adult with the kids? I know Karen said she was with his daughter in the video after she left the house.

Are we watching the same trial?
Her broken tail light
Her tail light pieces at the scene and on his shirt.
His DNA on her tail light
See OJ circa mid-90s

Dr. Renee Stonebridge, Office of the Chief Medical Examiner is now on stand.

She says she looked at O’Keefe’s brain.

Stonebridge says O'Keefe had a subarachnoid hemorrhage.

X post is back to: Dr. Irini Scordi-Bello

@BienickWCVB

She did an autopsy of John O'Keefe's body on Jan 31, 2022 at the Cape Cod office of the Massachusetts State Medical Examiner's Office.

O'Keefe's "cause of death" was blunt injuries and hypothermia and the "manner of death" was listed as "could not be determined." Says she did not have enough info to determine if injuries were accidental or nor.

She could not determine whether it was accidental or not...an undetermined manner of death. Yet here we are

According to: Dr. Irini Scordi-Bello testimony:

@KristinaRex

Cause of death (determined by autopsy) was blunt injuries to head and hypothermia. Manner of death (determined by circumstances/investigative information) could not be determined. Dr says she didn't have enough information to determine accident or not. #WBZ

"Dr says she didn't have enough information to determine accident or not."

I can agree and understand this would be a professionals' opinion. Not an issue. moo
