Nah.
There’s the fact Karen was the last one with him.
There’s transfer evidence, dna, hair, particulate from the tailight.
Timing, voice messages, her raging jealousy and temper, she was drunk.
Her lies & contradictions.

Verses the ridiculous conspiracy that involves EVERYONE

I’m not about to twist myself into a pretzel believing the preposterous when common sense tells me she backed into him and she hit him.

All IMO

Can I have an example of her RAGING JEALOUSY on the night JOK died? Was it when multiple witnesses described them as all lovey dovey at the bar? Or was it when she went home to watch HIS kids because he was too busy out drinking?

Listen to her voice messages and tell me that’s normal

cw wants death certificate manner of death (undetermined) redacted. she as usual is taking it under advisement since it benefits the defense to allow it. From what I just heard there is no legal precedent to redact that term.
Wow @Wishbone …. IANAL ….. but wouldn’t it seem this goes right to the heart of need for a possible directed verdict of not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt? I know, too late for that for the prior trail that ended in a mistrial….. without polling the jury. Or how about dismissal of charges now with prejudice!

I mean if the CW is asking for the manner of death in their case to be ‘stricken’ or hidden / redacted, sorry flummoxed over here. Absolutely bewildered. SMH. MOO

So is it abnormal or is it raging jealousy? Is there some insight into their relationship you have that we don't?

Based on her behavior in the hotel lobby in Aruba, I'd call it raging jealousy.

My question was on the night of JOK's death. Not some meaningless unrelated night shaded by all the people that were in the Albert's house.

ETA: Also, that part of the trial is remembered but not the part where the jury voted NG on murder?

I believe the wounds came from his sliding over the shards
Respectfully @Linda7NJ …. in the snow? Or in the accumulating snow?

When the individual was on the ground? MOO

John was off the lawn by then
No, he wasn’t. Jennifer McCabe rushed into their bedroom before he was taken away. They knew what was going on outside and chose to stay inside.

Together there were sitting a long time in front of the Albert’s house. I wonder why? Could they have been arguing?

I’ve had choice words for my significant other when I’m mad at him. It doesn’t mean I would kill him.

The jury didn't agree with you. They all disagreed with the CW on the "intent" angle.

I view it like this…
Human beings are not que balls.
They can be positioned in an infinite number of ways, with varying weight distribution. And can be hit by a vehicle in a million different ways,
It’s impossible to know exactly and therefore the best anyone can do is “likelihood”
Every accident is different.

How did Karen Read see John O’Keefe on the lawn? No one else did.

IMO, anyone who has any understanding of how crime scene investigation works and important chain of custody is, fully understands how insanely incompetent it was to solo cups and stop and shop bags for collect evidence. What was the emergency here exactly? It certainly wasn't going to melt before they had someone come and collect it properly.
How would solo cups interfere with dna testing of blood?
You understand blood samples are taken for all sorts of surfaces with all sorts of contamination that doesn’t harm the testing.

Paper bags are paper bags - how did using those ruin the results?

For all you know, everyone else could have intentionally ignored him and left KR to ‘discover’ the body.

We all have different eyes with different fields of vision and even different color perception. They were all in different seats in a car with different angles and perspectives. I saw a screech owl on my evening walk last night that my partner did not initially see. Does this mean I planted the owl or knew of its existence? No.

So your assessment is it would be fine for LE agencies across the country to collect evidence from supposed murder cases in solo cups? I guess the chain of custody issues are normal and not problematic either.

They could have been making out. I don't know, so I'm not gonna sit on here and act like it's a fact.

If JO were in the house and was bludgeoned, someone moved him to the front yard by the flagpole. If that were the case, were they not afraid of being seen moving the body ?

Maybe the reason that the ring doorbell video across the street from the Alberts was conveniently erased or deleted by ...wait...another former/current cop. The actions of several people immediately and following that night screams of a cover up.

My question is for who??? My guess is Higgins or one of the younger basement crowd already partying at the Albert house whose life that night changed forever.

Also, I'd like to know the layout of the Albert house particularly the distance and ambiant lighting from the door KO entered and the doorway to the basement. Just for instance, if the outer door opens into foyer with a short hallway leading to the back of the house to maybe the kitchen/family room like many colonial houses do, is the basement door off of that hallway??? If many were congregated in the kitchen/family room JO may have slipped into the house with no one in kitchen/family room seeing him., IMO

If I dropped someone off and watched them walk in the door…I would assume they were too intoxicated & crashed on the sofa there.
That’s logical.
Karen immediately blamed a snow plow and decided he was dead.

I am thinking Karen was interrogating John who’s the girl that Jenn mentioned lived nearby…and an argument ensued.
