Another strange incident in court yesterday was discussing the motion to allow Mark Bederow as an additional Defense attorney. Brennan from the CW spoke endlessly about his opinions on who/what/how is Mark Bederow, but never really offered up a refusal/denial argument. As a matter of fact, he went out of his way to say over and over that KR and any defendant for that matter, can choose their own attorneys.
However, the judge allowed Brennan all kinds of time to pontificate greatly over his dislike of Bederow, including discussing TB's current case pending in the MA courts. It was grand-standing... a non-argument, if I ever saw it. And allowed by Judge Cannone.
This case has all the boxes checked for corruption. IMO
