Another strange incident in court yesterday was discussing the motion to allow Mark Bederow as an additional Defense attorney. Brennan from the CW spoke endlessly about his opinions on who/what/how is Mark Bederow, but never really offered up a refusal/denial argument. As a matter of fact, he went out of his way to say over and over that KR and any defendant for that matter, can choose their own attorneys.

However, the judge allowed Brennan all kinds of time to pontificate greatly over his dislike of Bederow, including discussing TB's current case pending in the MA courts. It was grand-standing... a non-argument, if I ever saw it. And allowed by Judge Cannone.

This case has all the boxes checked for corruption. IMO

Bizarre. Judge Cannone seems unfit in all ways to be the judge here. Brennan is a snake!! Jmo.

From all accounts, defense appeared unconcerned with the ridiculous drama created by that snake and fanned by imo Judge Cannone's weird, disturbing instability. She's just... unprofessional.

There is just so much wrong with the abruptness and drama shown by the judge yesterday. These were all some ( minor IMO) issues being brought up, certainly if you think about all of the other numerous claims of Discovery Violations made by the defense, and yet we get the Made for TV moment from Judge Cannone. It's truly raised questions about who is leading this fiasco of a trial. And how and why should it continue.

I can only imagine the additional claims and addendums on the pending Motion for Dismissal coming. I believe it is due on the 21st. The KR team must be frantically busy. IMO

It's possible the defense paid for various travel expenses so that both could testify and have the receipts as proof that is all they paid for? The FBI paid for their opinions on the supposed car hitting JO. JMO

Had Judge Cannone not dismissed the hearing prematurely -- we may have gotten to the bottom of this and learned what the disclosure by the defense was about instead of the false narrative put forth by Prosecutor Hank Brennan.

IMO, any summary in 2025 referencing the accident reconstruction experts from ARCCA Inc. would most likely be a proposal related to the upcoming second trial of KR.

It doesn't follow that the independent expert witnesses would volunteer their services to the defense for round two having completed their engagement with the FBI. MOO

Brennan presented emails between the defense and ARCCA, pointing out a $23,925 bill that ARCCA sent to the defense.

“The commonwealth, as I understand it, was not aware of any promised rewards or inducements or payments,” Brennan said. “They relied on a reciprocal discovery order of this court for that information.”

Judge Cannone, visibly trembling, then addressed the bombshell payment request.

“The commonwealth just provided the court with information that causes me grave concern.”

And what consequences will there be for Brennan when it's shown in the next filing or hearing that he misled the court and slandered the defense with his accusations about fee payment to ARCA last year? Sensational Msm reports following his stupid insinuation, and drama Queen Judge Cannone then shutting down the hearing just like that.

How rude and inconsiderate!! Yanetti; Can Allessi at least speak to his motion Judge? No. Just like that. AJ looking for a little extra time where he could get it at the hearing before this one to prep for Motion to Dismiss and this so called judge refusing him even an extra weekend IIRC. But now?

Don't mind me, I'll just cut short and reschedule this hearing for a week later at my unprofessional emotional whim. I don't give a hoot how inconvenient and hypocritical this is, after making you all militantly comply with my strict schedule. You do as I say! Dictatorial, non- collaborative. What a joke!!

Oh I'll bet she was. The excitement must be too much for her.

Ok, true disclosure.
I recently watched the SNL 50th special. Included in the show, was Mike Meyers character "Linda Richman". She, of the " I'm getting verklempt" and 'Cawfee tawk " statements.
I thought of 'Linda' when watching Judge Cannone during her crisis ( and trembling ). Just sayin'

The trembling. The verge of tears shaking voice. The rage she could not keep under control. It's surrreal. Does the CW have an employee assistance program for it's employees? Judges included?

And then Brennan admits he had indeed received the doc from the defense.Ooops. So what kind of judge will we get next week? I suspect she's looking for any excuse, however lame, to exclude the FBI biomechanical experts. More appeals.

Is it rage or fear? Something got her worked up to that level. I just can't see Jackson making such an amateurish mistake like this in such a high profile case. Is Brennan just out of his league here? He's so very far behind in this case that he may very well have made a critical mistake as he's playing catch up to the many lies and shady things that are present in this case perpetrated by the CW and ( IMO) their compromised witnesses. We'll see, but the overwhelming trend on social media seems to be leaning towards the fact that Karen Read is innocent.

I think the money they were talking about was for travel expenses for the two car crash witnesses to come and testify and I might add get grilled as to how expert they are. I could be wrong too. But anyway Brennan admitted after the hearing that he was provided the paperwork by the defense, he made a little mistake. I'm sure that proof was shown during last trial that the FBI paid for the expert witnesses to actually do the crash tests. I agree with a previous poster that it seems like the court is stalling getting these hearings done. Anything they can do to make it harder to defend KR is how they roll. JMO

And the CW hired him cos he's really such a snake!! His persona; I am just he most polite, considerate attorney, just trying to do my job. Moo it's all part of his act, pretty obvious he is insincere. Yep, already can't stand the guy! Jmo
