The "electrical box" wasn't an electric box. It's a communications pedestal. Basically has wires for phone and or cable because the neighborhood has undergrouind utilities. I have one on the border of my property as well. Pretty flimsy. But more importantly, John wasn't found anywhere near it. And he had no damage on his person consistent with ANY other injuries that could support an argurment that he was flung 15, 20 or 30 feet in order for the back of his head to come into contact with it.

As for your other points, no, there was no evidence Read's vehicle came in contact with the pedestal and none of the taillight was located near it. Not that proper contextual photos were ever taken, but from the descriptions we do have, no taillight in that area.

"Chloe trying to help." There is no evidence Chloe ever went out to the front yard that night. According to the Alberts, Chloe was let out in the fenced back yard briefly from the back door when Brian Albert got home and then she came right back in. The front yard is not fenced and given Chloe's aggressiveness it seems unlikely she'd be allowed to roam around the neighborhood or even be in the unfenced portion of the lawn late at night.

IMO, there was nothing accidental about John's placement on the lawn.

I've long wondered if JOK was taken out due to discovering something about other officers in that house (or on behalf of officers connected to the police in that house). Whether it be corruption or something else.

JOK was an investigator for the Boston S.O.R.I. unit (Sexual Offenders Registry). Were they involved with the Sandra Birchmore case? It is not beyond the realms of possibility that the two cases are directly linked in that way.

It seems as if Canton PD were hell bent on Karen Read taking the fall for JOK's death rather than finding out what actually happened that night.

I find it hard to believe there was a plan to "take out" JO. Read could have easily entered the home with him that night. And there were also a couple of guests in the house not named Albert, McCabe or Higgins. Not the smartest way to pull off a killing.

The Waterfall video is a clue that something was going on between Higgins and O'Keefe just minutes before Karen and John arrived at Fairview. Was John angry about something Higgins said when they were leaving? How aware was he that Higgins and Karen were "flirting" or that Higgins had texted Karen while they were all at the Waterfall?

I think it's possible John went into that house specifically to confront Higgins, who may have been already in the bar area of the basement (called a "bonus room" on the floorplan), next to the weight room. Maybe searching around for a bottle of whiskey to continue the evening. Given the layout of the house, it's completely possible the younger people in the dining room area never even saw him come in and go straight downstairs. "Where's Higgins?" (Stairs down were off the foyer, likely where JO entered the house.)

Almost immediately, a scuffle could have broken out with someone ending things quickly by hitting John over the head with a very heavy object, causing his fatal injury. We know Chloe was in the house at the time and could have entered the fray at some point. The cover up may have begun because the homeowner wanted to protect whoever caused that blow to JO's head.

None of the officers in the house would have had any direct connection to the Birchmore case. John was a Boston cop. Sandra was killed in Canton and was allegedly murdered by a Stoughton cop. Brian Albert was a Boston homicide cop at the time and Higgins was a Federal ATF agent.

Well if that is the case, then IMO release the full report and let’s see exactly what it did find. Anything less is not sufficient. Particularly in light of the way the report was ‘clandestinely’ (my words) referred to during the first trial of KR. The one that ended in a mistrial in a rather hurried fashion by the court IMO. MOO

The hoopla over these accusations has had the effect of damaging the KR defense due to all the negative media by many many agencies disseminating it to the general public. Tarnishing KR's defense over baseless allegations.
