Unfortunately, this is the uneasy feeling I have as well. Everyone involved in the prosecution has much to lose if KR’s case is dismissed. It will open many questions into misconduct and who, if not KR, ended JOK’s life. I strongly wish for KR’s charges to be dismissed, but I don’t think we will see that happen. MOO.

Agree this wont get dismissed - the way I see it, the judge has way too much invested in a guilty verdict.
In the unlikely event there is a guilty verdict at the close of this trial, I suspect the Judge will retire and move along.
The appelate case will skewer/rip apart the actions of the Judge and the rest of her 'cabal'.
Ultimately KR will be free of these people and their agendas and free to move along also.
Lots of lessons to be learned in this case

Alessi is so thorough and passionate in his presentation that the judge can't even ruffle his feathers no matter what. He has a substantiated answer for everything she throws at him. If I needed a lawyer, I would love to have access to him. JMOO
