Seriously? For three years the CW has argued that sallyport video is deleted within weeks and not retained and we are to suddenly believe that video somehow produced two weeks ago for January 2022 is credible? Thanks, but no thanks!

The Alberts would have been asleep for ~3.5 hours when KR/JM arrived @6am. I'd buy the explanation of not a lot of sleep, quite a few drinks & a howling wind outside would explain not hearing the commotion outside.

After watching the documentary just now, I'd like to know why KR was reversing her Lexus at 24mph according to the telemetry. 24mph is really fast in reverse and if IMO she had hit JO at that speed, could've done a lot of damage and
possibly killed him.

The testimony of Ryan Nagel was very telling. He is the brother of Julie Nagel, who was a best friend with Brian Albert Jr. When Ryan pulled up to the Albert house to pick Julie up at approximately 12:30 a.m., he followed KR's SUV all the way down Fairview and parked behind her, up to 3 car lengths total (very close). They pretty much pulled up at the same time. She was parked closer to the driveway at first and then she pulled up 2 car lengths. He saw her red brake lights because it was dark. He knew it was her brakes because the top brake light was also on. He saw no damage. They were parked there for approximately 5 minutes waiting for Julie to come out, talking to Julie, and watching Julie walk back inside the Albert home. He saw nobody get out of Karen's vehicle and nobody outside her vehicle. When they pulled away to the left while passing KR's SUV, he noticed her dome light was on and he saw only Karen sitting in the driver's seat. No sign of anyone else. The snow had just started shortly before. He saw no tire marks on the street out of the ordinary to indicate a 3-point turn had taken place. Because of the timeline of when Karen arrived back at John's, it couldn't have happened that she reversed into JOK.

A german shepherd in their bedroom who doesn't like people who would be barking, all that noise from fire trucks, police cruisers, ambulances, noisy vehicle radios/communications on, all the people, cops, firefighters, first responders talking or yelling to be heard over the noise of the trucks - nobody is going to sleep through all that noise in the silence of early morning. It's not believable.

Regardless of whether KR hit JO or not, this group of people didn't/don't seem to think about the perils of driving after having a bunch of drinks at multiple bars. And in a blizzard no less !

Makes me wonder how many times one of them was actually pulled over for drunk driving and let go.

And let's not forget the fact that the cops never even considered going into the home to see if anyone else had been killed or harmed. Even the OJ cops hopped a fence to go see if OJ had been harmed after finding his ex-wife and another man brutally murdered at a house that was miles away. But here there's a dead body of a cop on the front lawn of another cop yet no one thinks to go inside to see if A. Anyone else had been harmed and B To see if ya know ANYONE IN THE HOUSE COULD EXPLAIN WHY THERE WAS A DEAD GUY ON THEIR LAWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now brennan is trying to intimate the defense was aware of the arcca investigation at the outset and wants to rule them out or seem like the defense had something to do with their being hired. So does that mean the FBI lied?

Doubtful. He'd surely be facing criminal prosecution himself. Not that he shouldn't be as it is....

Personally, I think he was acutely aware there was no physical evidence against Read and that a small crack in a taillight could have had several other explanations (not knowing at the time the actual explanation was on John's own ring cam!) so he further damaged her vehicle and scattered taillight pieces on the lawn to make it "seem" a violent collision had occurred. To make himself an investigative hero and to help out his pals (whom he denied even knowing) so they didn't have to get too bothered by an in-depth investigation. I question whether the idiot had any idea what really did happen to JO though.

Do we know if he will not face any criminal prosecution in addition to termination?
