She left his house about 5am and didn't return until she left the hospital to retreive her personal items and car. Which btw had an intact cracked tail light when it was put on a flat bed trailer at her parents house as testified to by tow truck driver.

Dighton police officer also testified the taillight was only cracked when towed from the parents house.

Testified to by a police officer at the scene of removal and put on the flatbed time, ANOTHER town, not Canton. A crack.

Everyone loves to ignore what Karen said BEFORE she found out she’d have culpability! Everyone ignores how her story kept changing.

She couldn’t even imagine any other LOGICAL EXPLANATION because there isn’t one.
Her defense is a house of cards built on lies.

The truth is really simple,

She hit him
She knew she hit him
She left him
He died.

Even her “what ifs” weave in bits of truth.

1. How did she know he would be found on the side of the road? (Must have been hit by a plow)

Of course there is and of course she couldn't. In an instant imagining that she just found her boyfriend, whom she loved, beaten and bloodied at an LE officers house and left for dead on an LE officer's front yard?? That it happened is not LOGICAL but it's true.

Iirc Colin aslo had scraped knuckles ( maybe pics from his instagram)and claimed it happened , while testifying , while he was trying to protect himself from a fall in the snow going down a hill walking. JMO

I am reviewing 1st trial in preparation for next week. Matt Mc testified jeep was in front of house at the same time Karen's SUV was, so BH was there at the same time. I will now review his (BH) testimony. I cant remember what he said before. But, knowing the streets needed to be plowed he still parked on the street. Guess he thinks he wont get tickets. Did he have a special license plate?

I understand the “grand conspiracy” is interesting & fun to toy with, Imagining all sorts of far fetched excuses & scenarios.

Then lots of people got caught up and listen to & believed TB.
Many deny it.
They were propagandized, many are now seeing through the smoke & mirrors of the defense & many never will. It’s hard to admit when you’ve been duped.

ARCCA will be decimated on their shotty report. The defense got lucky last time, the prosecutor didn’t have the sense to get an PhD expert.
The car data this go around is way more robust as more of it was retrieved.

I knew nothing about TB, or the facts or news of the case. I started watching on maybe the third day of testimony and was hearing everything just like a juror would. It did not take me long to know this was corrupt LE cover up and the CW and judge were in on it. It was after that I then learned about the DA, the suspicious death of the young girl and the atmosphere and environment of the stepford wives.

Keep holding on to your hope, it may be all that you have in the end. Give the jury some credit.

So over the last two weeks, I’ve looked multiple places trying to find an answer to these questions and I’ve not found anything so if they’re posted somewhere please forgive me. As a person in the medical field, I find it very difficult to believe that John laid in a blizzard for 6 hours and didn’t have any notations of frostbite from the hospital photos or the autopsy. Without knowing the windchill it would take roughly 30-40 minutes for Hypothermia to kick in & the alcohol would have sped this up. His hands and face would have most definitely had frostbite. Has anyone shown someone roughly the size of John standing next to a Lexus like Karen’s to show where his body would be (specifically, his arm) in relation to the tail light? Lastly, if someone put John in the yard to frame Karen, how would they have known to accuse her of hitting him because they wouldn’t have yet known her tail light was broken. She didn’t technically break the tail light until she was leaving the next morning to look for him so if someone had killed John in the house, they wouldn’t have automatically said oh let’s put him out in the yard and say Karen ran him over. They wouldn’t have known her tail light was broken until they saw her that morning when he was already put on the lawn. Does anybody have an explanation for this? Was it ever considered she did in fact hit him but it was just an accident? Why did it have to be murder? Thank you in advance

The P is trying to make sure that ARCCA report never sees the light of day or night in that court room. I find it hard to believe that the D has intentionally put that testimony in jeopardy. It will be in teresting to see what transpires in court with the voir dire.

What I continually wrestle with in my mind is why didnt the P ring up the ARCCA people themselves. They had the document from ARCCA first. You can see they are experts by their cases /credentials etc.
I know the report countered their belief but have a discussion with them try to understand why they came to their conclusion. Science deniers?
Were they just looking to close out their case or get to the truth/ Justice for John?

Lack of frostbite has been a huge issue for me. As for many of your questions, they have been repeatedly discussed in previous posts and threads over and over. If you read back maybe some of the questions you have can be answered or at least give you something to think about.

How could a person's phone end up underneath them while they're on their back? I could see if he was found lying on his stomach and the phone was in his hand and he falls on it. He was found lying straight out on his back according to KR. If a person was hit, and spun, wouldn't a cell phone be inclined to fly out of a hand or be dropped to the side?

There were 4 to 6 inches of snow the morning JO was found. Going back to approx 1230 it had just been starting to snow so not a significant amount had fallen. I will add that I do not believe JO was hit by the car for many reasons. As you read the previous posts and watch the trial you can decide for yourself.

They didn't correctly guess that. I would def recommend poster glean through in the past comments to see what makes sense and what def does not. You will be amaaaaaaaaazed at all the deleted texts by the occupants of the home, who did not come out to see, with all the commotion, screaming from frantic Karen, red and blue lights. 'butt dials' explained all the calls to and from the homeowner and another former I believe now also, Law enforcement person at the house gathering. Butt dials all night long, well after midnight of course. They destroyed their phones the day before they were ordered to hand over. Got a heads up.. The 'lead detective, Proctor was fired for his role on all levels on this.. NO investigation to the house and ... you name it , he did it , with help, hence fired from the STATE POLICE. It is a RIDE. (ARRCA expert also testified that slow roll into John’s car wouldn’t break her taillight)

The BUMPER protects the taillights on vehicles. This will be proven this go around. IMO

As testified by the DIGHTON, MA police officer, present at the removal of the vehicle to be brought to Canton PD, then things happened. The officers were questioned why the vehicle was brought all the way to Canton as it did not have to be.
