Did KR say in her statement she dropped JOK at the Albert residence and drive off before he got to the front door or did she see John enter the house?
Also I find it very odd that the next day with ambulance, and police and Karen being sectioned and lots of yelling and screaming no doubt that no one that lived at the Albert residence came outside to investigate all that noise and drama. Why wouldn't JM knock on her brother in laws front door before EMT arrived? I have a very strong feeling JOK was inside that house that night and Karen never hit him with her car. All imo only but I think she is 100% innocent and really hope the jury can see what many of us see - there is way too much reasonable doubt.
JMc was seen going into the Albert house at some point in the chaos. They, the owners never showed their face.

IMO, the ARCAA testimony is the biggest fear of the CW. The judge I'm afraid will find a way to reject it. A shame on Massachusett.

I doubt the Judge will do that as it risks a reversible error.

The first witness was on for an hour just to document what KR's blood test showed. Was it even in question that she had been drinking the night before? I thought she said she was drinking. Feels like the jury might be bored a long time ago.
Lol, imagining some jury foot tapping when Brennan got up for redirect x2. Moo

Imagine investigating a case so simple of a hit & run.
Results in a dead cop.
That the cop is your friend.

I don’t know anyone that would speak kindly of the defendant.

First of all I am not aware that proctor and JO were friends. And secondly if in fact the deceased party was a friend then all the more reason for a thorough investigation rather than an immediate assumption and an incomplete inquiry. JMOO

Agree, I think AJ's questioning style and tone is being exaggerated by some. In particular, some opinions I read on the thread asserting that AJ was "bullying" Kerry Roberts, that the defense is using "bullying" tactics on cross and even that both Alan Jackson and David Yanetti are just "bullies", I find totally exaggerated and hyperbolic. Jmo
I agree bullying is not what the defense lawyers are doing to any of these witnesses.
This is what bullying looks like.
Brian Albert showing up at closing to intimidate KR and the jury.

She did! And they knew that their “friend” was dead on their front lawn, and they still didn’t go outside! Who does that?!! Just like Jen calling him some man is dead on the lawn in her 911 call. Why didn’t she say my dear friend who is also LE? Their actions speak loudly - talk about conscience of guilt
Everyone loves to ignore what Karen said BEFORE she found out she’d have culpability! Everyone ignores how her story kept changing.

She couldn’t even imagine any other LOGICAL EXPLANATION because there isn’t one.
Her defense is a house of cards built on lies.

The truth is really simple,

She hit him
She knew she hit him
She left him
He died.

All IMO

Even her “what ifs” weave in bits of truth.

1. How did she know he would be found on the side of the road? (Must have been hit by a plow)

2. Accounts for vomit

3. Accounts for two cocktail glasses

Hard to say when some partygoers kept themselves hidden, aka Brian Albert the homeowner didn’t come out of the house nor did law enforcement (other than his friends) question him in the ensuing days. He was seen in the weeks after with bruised left hand knuckles and his left arm in a sling, then went out on disability to have surgery on said arm shortly thereafter. He never returned to the force. Coincidence? Possibly, but it’ll never be known because it was never investigated.
Iirc Colin aslo had scraped knuckles ( maybe pics from his instagram)and claimed it happened , while testifying , while he was trying to protect himself from a fall in the snow going down a hill walking. JMO

If that German Shepard was barking why didn’t anyone at the scene hear it?????
That's the point. The barking was not heard because the dog was not there anymore. Who took Chloe that night?

He called her, Leaky Balloon Knot.

A balloon knot refers to her anus

He called a cop killer names.

IMO

Part of the reason he no longer has a job. Unacceptable.

Or locked deep in the basement?

Her smashed taillight at the scene & on John
The cocktail glasses.
His hair & DNA on her suv & DAMAGE to her SUV

The transfer of evidence during a crime is referred to by the **Locard's Exchange Principle**. This principle, developed by Dr. Edmond Locard, states that when two objects come into contact, there is always a transfer of material between them, which can serve as trace evidence in criminal investigations.

IMO

Then of course the timeline

Yes. I just felt it was important to address the bullying accusations on the thread.

As to Brian Albert's appearance for the last day of trial ( along with other family members), sitting there staring in direct line of sight of the jury, imo yeah, at least one juror reported feeling intimidated. It certainly could be perceived as intimidating. Not good look.

Where is evidence of a friendship between proctor and JO?

Will this expert they present lie like other witnesses they have presented so far?
The CW case headed up by Brennen is a big nothing so far even with the help of Bev cutting off the defence anywhere she can. Does she ever work an 8 hr day in the courtroom??? Wonder what the jury thinks? They are giving their time to her whims. Pathetic.

It does seem that way BUT the testimony of JOK's friend, Mr Camerono, made Karen seem softer and more caring than previous witnesses. I even wonder why the prosecution called him to the stand, as he was so positive regarding Karen and John's relationship.
I think it was to show the jury how John came to decide to go out that night, to celebrate the good news of their daughter's acceptance into a coveted school. I found Mr Camerono very sincere and authentic. He deeply misses his good friend and never had a poor thing to say about Karen. In fact, not one of them saw anything out of the ordinary between Karen and John that night. Not one.

On the vids from LE, it seems instead of going to she sister's house and waking them up (especially BA being a first responder), or staying by medics working on JOK, Jen was busy talking to LE, a lot..... I wonder what she initially told them.

WHY didnt JenMC run to get BA, she KNEW he was first responder. BA could have been there in 2-3 minutes.
She got her intel of how to play it off from ALBERT. Calls I would say that OMGGGG> K just said she might of hit him or to that like.. I wonder how different things would of been if John was found by anyone else. I say down by the street and the plow must of hit him spiel was the plan. He was not seen because he was not there and the car was parked down in front of him when the plower did go by, obscured. Don't know when Alberts came back out and moved it back or whoever owned it, to their place. Unfortunately, the plower did them a favor by not calling that in, that a car was parked on street, illigal, during a snow event. The time and that the car was in front of where JO was found would of def changed things up maybe. A couple of lucky for them events and not for KR. SO FAR.

I understand the “grand conspiracy” is interesting & fun to toy with, Imagining all sorts of far fetched excuses & scenarios.

Then lots of people got caught up and listen to & believed TB.
Many deny it.
They were propagandized, many are now seeing through the smoke & mirrors of the defense & many never will. It’s hard to admit when you’ve been duped.

Hopefully, this trial
ARCCA will be decimated on their shotty report. The defense got lucky last time, the prosecutor didn’t have the sense to get an PhD expert.
The car data this go around is way more robust as more of it was retrieved.
As is the phone data.
That’s gonna narrow & pin down the timeline

Hank is an exceptional attorney and he has the truth in his side.

All IMO
