If it was a conspiracy and he was killed by someone in the house, why would they leave his body on the front lawn? Do people think he staggered out injured and fell there?

Maybe because they knew they could. And they were right based on the lack of real investigation.

What time did the Nagel brother pull in behind KR?? Maybe according to his phone records to his sister would be a good thing to know?? When he saw just KR in the car and no body on the ground?? That maybe should be where to start. Wiffin's testimony, hard as he tried made no sense to most of the observers. Especially with the distance in meters and the temp at fahrenheit. Very distracting and maybe by design. Walking 33 meters sounds like a smaller distance than 70 -90 feet.
The distance was said in feet at some point in court wasnt it 82?
Thats how many steps he took from the lexus until his death?
I know I have mixed something up.

Did any blood seep into the ground, from his head wound?

I think the testimony from the Cellebrite expert Ian Whiffin has been that John's phone didn't register movement again, but the battery did get steadily colder and colder.

I don’t know but if he died outside at the end of January in that part of the world, the ground would have been frozen so there should have been a lot of blood. I am not sure if anything about that came up. We just know that the Alberts did basement renos later.

There is also a pool filled in in town, nice fencing around it and soon after the event as well. IMO

Yeah I feel it was absolutely odd that she lied about who she was and didn't speak to the Fed's right then and there. I also find it hypocritical that those who crucified Karen Read for speaking to a lawyer before speaking to the cops are perfectly fine with jen stalling for time to figure out why the Feds were questioning her and to alert others that the FBI has entered the case. Again, there is one set of rules for some people that don't apply to others.

I am not sure what you mean. Would you please elaborate? :)

I agree the ground would have been freezing, but I think John's body heat at first is likely to have slightly warmed the spot beneath him, just like if you hold an ice cube it starts to melt. I think some blood would have seeped into the grass/earth. IMO

Where else would they leave him? Karen dropped him off right in front of the house and they needed to make it look like he was hit by a plow or car.

And it worked out nicely for them.

MY ownnnnn reaction would be, oh sure! (would never occur to me to put THEM off, good idea or not!) They were there for a reason and she knew it involved the death of JOK, so what would be an innocent persons big hesitation if nothing to hide but everything to help bring out what happened, she was ONLY there as a helpful person per her, one that also had said to others, KR said she hit him. She was warned to not lie to them by them, buttt turns out she did on the stand. IMO

I do hope it is discovered who snuck onto the ALBERT'S, now sold, house, and put the rock on the edge of the yard with their name on it and decorated, also had some sort of smearing on it. Ring cams I am sure are working now all around. This was placed before the jury trip that day.. for what reason did the person/s put it there for the jury to see, I believe it was announced the court trial day before that the jury would be going to the scene. IMO

I just found hers yesterday. I follow LYK and am watching him now with Turtleboy’s lawyer. There is another one with a couple of retired Vegas cops who started watching because the wife of one of them told them to and they started as curious observers but now wear FKR hats.
Mark Bederow (TB atty) is really good commentator and of course Emily provides great perspective.

Is Colin on the prosecution witness list at least> I know it was made clear by the judge that she wants him to not be involved whatsoever pretty much, though he was on the first trial and grand jury, he let out. Why so adamant, I do remember him explaining away his beat up and bruised knuckles when asked, that he slipped on ice and he used the back of his hands, knuckles to catch himself on the ice, not the instinctive way of putting your hands out flat, which would come naturally. He didn't like being in that seat, I wonder if he is excused by the judge due to that? He is not a minor and was there. Oh, the person he called first to pick him up refused is a defense witness I believe, that will be great regarding the time stamp on her phone as such an insistence he left at 12:10, I believe with Jen Mc's daughter who ended up having to get him and take a ride around. More to see. IMO

Me too.. I can hit baseball with both though. I hold drinks with my right ,I smoke with my left. I think the only way to know would be if someone who knew him in r/l or his handwriting ,but I dont even write with the left handed sign of the slant.
Thank you

Trial 1: Jen McCabe states multiple times she’s an honest and truthful person.

Trial 2: Lies to the FBI and changes her testimony.

Thank you
Any photo of him firing weapons? How did he wear his holster? It really just hit me. He was an officer so pictures should help . Also how the knot in his tie is knotted. No proof or nothing .

Spitballing.....

I'd like to see some scenarios where JMC is NOT involved and is just a well....ya know...not nice person...

I thought of this in the very early days of the case when discussing what door JOK entered the house through. What if JOK never did enter the house and instead, was called around to the back yard? What if a couple of the guys were out there smoking say and maybe letting Chloe out? What if they saw JOK walking up to the house and said "Hey! We're back here!" and he went to the back yard where all that stuff happened.

That might explain whey no one saw him IN the house and those who testified that JOK was never INSIDE the house, aren't "lying." Maybe it was simply BA, BH, JOK and poooossssibly CA in the back yard at the time with Chloe and they would be the only ones who knew what happened. Maybe Jen knew, I don't know, but it would certainly explain how so many people are saying they didn't see him in the house because they never did see him, in the house or otherwise.

Blinds are drawn, music is playing inside, lots of people chatting and wouldn't hear what might have been going on outside. These things can't happen in the blink of eye, a fight AND a dog attack. You always here that said when a dog attacks - it all happened so fast!

I do believe that many of these people honestly believe KR is guilty, such as the O'K family, BAs wife, the other partygoers, etc... albeit maybe not seeing clearly. I don't believe it takes an entire village of conspiracy to cover up a murder, as all it really needs is 2-3 people who can use their authority to push a narrative, and others to perhaps "help it along the way" to solidify the case.

Again, why is it that every single shady, in the dark, lying, deleting, coincidence ALL come from the CW's side of the case?!!! Every. Single. Thing.
