Yeah , Its all soup now . As a homeowner it sucks to have to do all that out of pocket. I have squeaky stuff everywhere . I don't ever consider it when I got no money or motivation to do so . As a dog owner.. I am going with my dog ,if either of us have to go. It take a very huge incentive to change my behavior. A ton of immediate action seems to have taken place.
Yes, what happened between midnight and the next morning at 34 Fairview that Chloe was nowhere to be seen, as per JMc testimony yesterday when she entered the house and bedroom of BA and NA?? Kaitlyn Albert was the last to leave the party the night before per JMc testimony yesterday, I believe. Was she questioned in T1 about Chloe??? How and why does a family dog of 7yrs disappear during the night??

Thanks, maybe you (and others) are right. I was sure I saw it but of course can't find it. I thought if true it explains both the injuries to John's arm and the reason there was no barking that night/morning. moo
Well, AJ apparently believes it's true, going by his questioning of JM. IMO, he was obviously trying to imply or to get that point across, that the dog was not in the house that morning.

Whether she was or not, I don't know, but he seemed to want the jury to believe that she was not!

What are bulkhead doors? When i think of Bulkheading, i think of the wood applied along a bank (where land meets water) 🤷🏻‍♀️
In our part of the country it is called a storm celler. Sometimes only accessible from the outside and not through a basement. OTOH, it would make it easier to enter and exit for reasons to not traipse through the house.

Yeh now that I’ve seen pics of his face, I’m totally convinced it was a fight. He may have fallen after being knocked out and busted his head open.

Did the cops really never go in that house?!?!
Maybe 1 or 2 but not past 1 or 2 rooms on the first floor. IIRC. Any other conversations with the occupants of the house took place elseware.

Yeah I don’t find asking them to come back weird at all tbh. I can see her wanting to fix herself up or tidy the home. It’s mostly misidentifying herself, then making 5 calls while they were waiting for her, then lying by omission to federal agents about 3 of those calls, that weirds me out. MOO.
I don’t find it odd. In fact, I would have done the same and asked them to wait a bit! She phoned the witness advocate at the DA’s office, which makes sense. (People trying to say she phoned the DA) I would have phoned my friend etc to see what was up with the FBI and if they had reached out to her. I would definitely call my husband to come home for support etc.

I think they carried him out. There wasn’t much blood at the scene and we all know how much head wounds bleed.
Did any blood seep into the ground, from his head wound?

I think the testimony from the Cellebrite expert Ian Whiffin has been that John's phone didn't register movement again, but the battery did get steadily colder and colder.

MOO

where was AJ going with Chloe not being there when Jen came in to wake them up. At that point any dog would be barking. Where does the defense think Chloe was?
Can't wait to see but the best thing Karen did was to buy that old carpet from the Albert house. There is bound to be some of Chloe's hair in it just in case it's ever needed.

They are just metal/steel or on old homes, they were wood. Two doors at a slant that you bend down to and lift the handles to and walk down the short stairs to the cellar or basement. Lots of homes now just have a door you open normally, like a normal door and go into the basement or the garage. Albert's house I believe was built in the early 90's and did have them. Those doors were replaced by Albert along with the carpet in the basement . He said they squeeked when opened, sigh. All after JOK found dead on his lawn and the stories from them. Oh, dog not there that night as well, after the event. IMO.

What do they mean by got rid of? Did they set them on fire?
No Higgins did not destroy his phone they day before he was to turn it in. Higgins was never ordered to turn his phone in.

Oh yes he was. In the end, he may have not been required to turn in his brand new phone, because just days prior to him rumored to have to turn over the phone he had on the night in question, he meticulously destroyed that phone piece by piece and dumped it miles away. Then purchased the new phone.

I haven’t seen anyone saying she called ‘THE’ DA. She very much wanted to avoid acknowledging that her witness advocate even *worked* at the DA’s office, which is what AJ pushed her on yesterday. MOO.

Not than her own husband but possibly others. In any case, it would be such a huge risk to cover up a homicide. I'm not saying it's impossible but it's not something a normal person would do IMO. She seemed normal and like a good parent with all the sports activities she and her husband did with their kids.
Surface appearances til an event occurred that needed her intervention along with the others. Ted Bundy was thought to be a fine guy too. Things are being uncovered as you see in the testimony on Wed. IMO

I did not watch much of trial one. Never saw her T1 show.
I am only watching now because ,this trial is wrong and an over step By this DA and the court. Not to mention the PD's gross everyday behavior and the SPO who was fired but not quick enough. Probably leaving off some issues I have ,but you get my jist.
I did watch proctor some .

Was LE not able to obtain his phone data from the cloud?

In light of Wiffin's testimony, it's worth pointing out the difficulties for the defendant's doco version. in summary KR claimed she waited in the vehicle for 10 mins or so and got frustrated when the defendant did not come back. She called and he did not answer. So she left. We know she arrives home at 12.36

IMO the defendant's version was likely based on a 12.41 arrival time. The significance of the 12.36 router connection seems to have been missed by both sides (Lally famously had to change his timeline).

Wiffin's evidence is that John remained in the vehicle for a time after 12.24, and stopped moving forever shortly after exiting the vehicle.

It's also clear KR had already left 34F before she called John for the first time.

I am also intrigued that AJ appeared to say that 'they' got out of the vehicle. Does Brennan have Lexus door opening data?

But in any case, it appears the claim that the defendant waited for the victim cannot be correct. She had to have left pretty much when John got out.
What time did the Nagel brother pull in behind KR?? Maybe according to his phone records to his sister would be a good thing to know?? When he saw just KR in the car and no body on the ground?? That maybe should be where to start. Wiffin's testimony, hard as he tried made no sense to most of the observers. Especially with the distance in meters and the temp at fahrenheit. Very distracting and maybe by design. Walking 33 meters sounds like a smaller distance than 70 -90 feet.
