Where else would they leave him? Karen dropped him off right in front of the house and they needed to make it look like he was hit by a plow or car.

And it worked out nicely for them.
Just asking. I would move him away from the house if I was trying to cover it up. JMO.

Again, why is it that every single shady, in the dark, lying, deleting, coincidence ALL come from the CW's side of the case?!!! Every. Single. Thing.
I believe they have interested and or paid parties available to help. IMO

Where and how would they transport him?

Every movement risks more DNA and less control of the scene. Brian Albert of all people knew this. And as the poster said, his scheme has worked so far for them all. Leaving him at a neighbor's or in a random parking lot would have been far, far more risky.

Spitballing.....

I'd like to see some scenarios where JMC is NOT involved and is just a well....ya know...not nice person...

I thought of this in the very early days of the case when discussing what door JOK entered the house through. What if JOK never did enter the house and instead, was called around to the back yard? What if a couple of the guys were out there smoking say and maybe letting Chloe out? What if they saw JOK walking up to the house and said "Hey! We're back here!" and he went to the back yard where all that stuff happened.

That might explain whey no one saw him IN the house and those who testified that JOK was never INSIDE the house, aren't "lying." Maybe it was simply BA, BH, JOK and poooossssibly CA in the back yard at the time with Chloe and they would be the only ones who knew what happened. Maybe Jen knew, I don't know, but it would certainly explain how so many people are saying they didn't see him in the house because they never did see him, in the house or otherwise.

Blinds are drawn, music is playing inside, lots of people chatting and wouldn't hear what might have been going on outside. These things can't happen in the blink of eye, a fight AND a dog attack. You always here that said when a dog attacks - it all happened so fast!

I do believe that many of these people honestly believe KR is guilty, such as the O'K family, BAs wife, the other partygoers, etc... albeit maybe not seeing clearly. I don't believe it takes an entire village of conspiracy to cover up a murder, as all it really needs is 2-3 people who can use their authority to push a narrative, and others to perhaps "help it along the way" to solidify the case.

JMO
Here’s what I’d like to see: More data, more science, and more crime scene analytics. Get away from all the witnesses that have been influenced and have scripted together their supposed recollection.

I’d like location data for KR’s phone. Does her phone show 3 flights of stairs at the exact time JOK’s does? They were traveling together so these supposed stairs should match. What time does it show her leaving?
I’d like the event immediately after the key cycle showing 24 mph in reverse. Were brakes applied? Why didn’t she end up slamming into the Jeep?
I’d like a map with measurements of the crime scene. How far was the flagpole to the mailbox? How far was the flagpole to the bedroom window?
I’d like to know why not a single witness reported seeing 40+ pieces of red taillight. There was only a light dusting of snow so the pieces should have been visible and reflective.

If it was a conspiracy and he was killed by someone in the house, why would they leave his body on the front lawn? Do people think he staggered out injured and fell there?
Perhaps they wanted people to think he slipped and fell in the snow and hit his head. I don’t think it was well thought out as every single person was drunk that night

Would you put him into your car and trot him off… ?

Pretty sure KR had location services turned off on her phone - as I recall from Trial 1 anyway

I don’t believe that KR is guilty. For those who agree what is the general consensus of who killed Jok?

They are just metal/steel or on old homes, they were wood. Two doors at a slant that you bend down to and lift the handles to and walk down the short stairs to the cellar or basement. Lots of homes now just have a door you open normally, like a normal door and go into the basement or the garage. Albert's house I believe was built in the early 90's and did have them. Those doors were replaced by Albert along with the carpet in the basement . He said they squeeked when opened, sigh. All after JOK found dead on his lawn and the stories from them. Oh, dog not there that night as well, after the event. IMO.

Someone earlier today posted this and I have only watched the first ten minutes. Real Lawyer You Know and Mark Bedrow talks about the timeline and car situation. Watch the first ten minutes and see what you think. I found it eye opening.

Crazy behavior of JMc to immediately tell the FBI who came to see her, don't know if any more info on that, as in why did they come to her and their reasoning to her, to say she was Nicole, her sister. NICE. She said she didn't know who they were and thought they were trying to sell her something. They must of asked are you Jennifer McCabe. They would of shown her their ID before anything I would think, 'like on tv'. IMO

I had a solar salesman ring my doorbell tonight. I just told him to go away. Never entered my head to tell him I was actually my sister. I am willing to bet that's never entered anyone's head when salespeople come knocking.

DNA and all bits all over it inside. Easy to say, outside down by the street, plow may of hit him, drunk, walking home.. anything like that.

Did, I believe J.Mc say BEFORE John was found that she called his friend, thinking J may of walked over to his house/party? Setting up a scenario that J was not coming inside to their party but perhaps decided to walk to another friend after KR dropped him off> She and others had already seen KR outside in her suv. So, seems to be setting up a scenario, knowing JOK was in fact, left outside the party house where she was, her brother in law Albert. This would be all before KR got there with them and was beside herself about John and could I have hit him, as what happened, what could of happened. No need for JMc to go immediately running into the house where john lay on their lawn, no concern for the safety of her sister in there. SHE KNEW. IMO

Here’s something I made off of google maps, with their measurements tool. Of course it’s unofficial but you can get an idea.

So only 52ft to front door when Karen pulled up to the house. Food for thought.

Farday bag could have been used on phone blocking apple health at some point in the night.

I’ve often thought that this could’ve happened, but I believe the medical examiner said the blow incapacitated him immediately. It’s possible she’s wrong…
