I had FBI show up unexpectedly one morning. I actually asked them to come back in an hour. I ran around straightening up the living room and kitchen. And I jumped in the shower. HOWEVER, I did not lie to the FBI or forget 3 phone calls I made to 3 different people within 10 minutes. (I didn't make phone calls but JM did).
Did I mishear or didn’t she also get caught that she’d initially denied she was herself?

On to the morning, and maybe we will be hearing the 911 call JM made about the man she loved and was such a good friend.

If I heard JM right, her husband told her to go tell the truth.

Ok that’s what I thought. Just stunning the inclination to lie like that though there has to be more of a reason to be that afraid then just be getting caught unprepared

She just said she doesn't want to see her testimony because it won't refresh her memory, when does this get into actual perjury et al

She just said Karen’s shadowy figure. Makes it sound like she’s the hamburglar or something nefarious.

What a useless sentence. I don't think of him as a big boy but... pointless for her to say that.. except to her.
She is saying many pointless things. Why can’t she just answer yes or no? Why must she see every page of her prior testimony after AJ reads it? Surely, she went over it before today. She’s purposefully being difficult- not unlike last year.

Like I said, FBI showed up at my home, I was completely ill prepared. But that was because my living room was a little messy the kitchen wasn't straightened up and I needed to take a shower. I had no reason to lie to the FBI.

As a matter of fact those two men told me after they left my home they parked a block away and watched my house. They were wondering if I was going to get in the car and take off. They said those who are not innocent will either take off or do "things" to cover their tracks before the FBI get back.

Why is judge calling sidebar for a reading of the previous trial testimony. JM said what she said, end of story no matter how JM wants to spin it.

Does anyone know the approximate distance from the flagpole to the mailbox?

Trying to figure out how KR would have slammed into JOK at 24 mph with the pedal at 75% on a snowy night and not hit the jeep parked at the mailbox. Did the car data then show the brake pedal pressed down to 100% immediately after? Why are there so many gaps in the data the CW provided?

ETA: Found another post of someone that did the math on the stopping distance in reverse at 24mph and it's over 26 feet.

IMO Jackson hasn’t laid a finger on Jen McCabe
She’s an excellent witness.

I think they’re operating against AJ in Interuptus Momentumus Mode

[/QUO OH for sure he did, she just lied to the FBI and he had a bit of a clue to FIX IT IMMEDIATELY not out of honor and justice and the American way mind you.

AJ has caught JM in yet another lie. Last trial she said she exited passenger side, and as she got out, immediately saw Karen with John. This trial she said that it was whiteout conditions, and that she did not recognize John until she was ‘very close’ to him. While last year she testified she was still at the car while Karen was attempting to save John’s life.

If I were the jury, I would certainly get the impression that she is not being a cooperative witness. MOO.

There’s a street light a across the street from the door- there’s no lighting by the flagpole and very low visibility

IMO
Black clothed body on white snow?

Well none of that matters or is important to JM, so now onto what she does remember "shock and horror" and "I hit him" times three.

This was all very memorable to me and probably most of us. Words from the witnesses and descriptions were UTMOST. Fighting to not have to remember what she says she does not remember. so twisty. I def remember the moment when KR spotted John and what happened and who did what at that time. J seemed very calm in the vid , her body language from what we could see, talking calmly it appeared to the officer on the scene, as not at this terrible moment in time with John still laying in the snow. IMO
