Me too. It’s not a minor misremembering. The grand jury was very thorough. IMO it was clearly coordinated.

If I were the jury, I would certainly get the impression that she is not being a cooperative witness. MOO.

She is very uncooperative. IMO she should just answer some of these questions with simple yes and no’s but she refuses to do that and always has to put a spin on her answers. She got very snippy with AJ over words used a few ago and the judge just allows it. It’s unreal.

I don't know how she can be allowed to lie about her grand jury testimony as she is doing in addition to all the other lies she has told. Surely by this point the jury sees through her many lies during this testimony. JMOO

Unbelievable what we are seeing from this witness. JMc. The reason we are here and no memory of I hit him way back when . This statement was supposedly what SHOWED JMC and everyone she told including the DISTRICT ATTORNEY, that KR HIT and killed JO'K. No memory of telling the first ever under oath legal proceedings against KR> What's going on, we know what is and has been going on JMc.

If I were a juror, all the little lies add up to her being an unreliable witness. So the "I hit him" is an unreliable statement IMO Also, her use of 'traumatic event' and then not remembering one year to the next about said event, doesn't help - she doesn't give direct answers, because it seems she can't keep her story straight. At least that how it comes off to me.

Who knows what the jury thinks though, that's all that really matters.

This takes her credibility score down to zero for me as per trial 1.

ETA It was raised and demonstrated at trial 1. Moo the jury surely wrote her off.
