I didn't see all the testimony today, but from what I saw JM did not explain why she is now testifying that KR said I hit him, whereas she previously testified that KR asked it as a question -- Did I hit him, Could I have hit him?

No one suggested Chloe was ever in the front yard during the first trial.

The Alberts' back yard was fully fenced and gated and BA testified that's where they would let her out. The front yard was not fenced at all and led directly onto a busy street. (double yellow lined street)

And again, no one sees John's body on the lawn at that time either? Just the dog? I've lost count of how many people walked by, drove by, and looked out the windows without seeing a six foot man lying there. And it's a pretty short front yard.

Yep and if MM had his high beams on (which he probably did) but JM could not remember, he is definitely going to see a body on the lawn when leaving. The fact is that there was no body there when Mccabes left the party. Moo

I totally agree. And she did not mention the ‘I hit him’ x3 phrase or that Karen was screaming over the phone in her initial comments to investigators on the scene, OR to the grand jury in April 2022. AJ went over the transcripts in a lot of detail today.

AJ wad trying to get the location of the vehicles that Jen saw outside. She has already said the jeep was in front of the mailbox and Karen’s Lexus was in front of it.

Now, all of a sudden, while talking about Nagels truck, she doesn’t want to say Higgins jeep was in front of the mailbox.

The taillight break video was right as KR left back out FROM JOK's house after she went back to care for his niece , On a camera from JOK's house. There is no video from the Albert's yard. Hope that helps, and that I am remembering correct.

Clearly the witness JMc is upset hearing the 911 call, the defendant not so much.

Alan grilling the witness. Bet the jury is asking why the aggression on this witness. Just like he grilled and attacked the victim’s in the Harvey Weinstein case.

Jackson’s cross of JMc uneventful. Its normal behavior to support each other when two people have experienced the same tragic event. It’s called bonding. JMc truthful, relatable person, kind and likable. It’s okay to talk about the trama experienced.

The jury already heard video footage last week of defendant saying “I know I said I hit him.” Jackson did not discredit JMc he only proved she is truthful and an outstanding witness.

Again. Jackson. Twisting words of a witness. He cant break JMc. He badgered her, but the truth cant be denied. JMC is truth, she spoke the truth. Truth doesnt change. Memories fade, but she did well and the best that she could recall. Thats all that is expected.

Reprimanding a witness shows how weak of an “officer of the court" you really are.

Was AJ effective enough so far in his cross ( I believe he may not be completely finished? ) to create reasonable doubt to the jury regarding JMC's testimony? Was she a credible witness? Or did AJ demolish that with her proven lies ( FBI and Grand Jury ) and manipulative behavior.
( Timeline 'story' , interviewed in a group setting, and the 5 phone calls to f&f before meeting with FBI ?

Also, AJ has not even begun to question her on the 2:27 am phone call, or the butt dials, or the erased/ deleted items found on her phone. Friday is coming, Jen

He is brilliant! By far the best defense attorney that I have witnessed in the 55 years of my life! He got JM to say that JK was not outside on the lawn. She never saw him. She could see tire tracks ,which means she has a good set of eyes , but no JK. Slam dunk baby!!!!

I wish AJ had tried to get more from JMC regarding the FBI's ( or "other agencies" ) visit and attempted ( but shortened) interview. It happened in Sept of 2023. By then, the defense had their own investigators working on behalf of KR. The McCabes and Alberts were well aware of the defense theory. So, why the panic? Why the calls to Kerri, Matt, Brian Albert, Peg O'Keefe and the DA's office...in ten minutes time? Sounds like something a co-conspirator would do, or someone with maybe some consciousness of guilt.?
