There was a complete lack of canine DNA on the 4 tiny swabs taken from unknown locations of his clothing. The swabs were not identified as to wear on his clothing they were taken from. They could have come from the opposite side of his shirt. They could have come from the underside of his shirt. The fact is we don't know and that is another major failure in the investigation right there. How convenient.

The locations are not unknown and were put into evidence in the witnesses report and testimony.

I went to the trouble to post this evidence previously. It's in the testimony from Maureen Hartnett. She double swabbed each of the tagged locations on the arm of the sweatshirt.

She was cross examined on this by AJ in trial 1.

MOO.

Most people are likely referring to Karen’s angry voicemails, which IMO, would be the last thing you send if you just angrily ran over your SO.

okay but she still was not in I hit him mode..what I'm saying is she angrily accelerated her car overlooking the "bump" she felt . she blasted her music and and drove off and knowing also if it was only just the most fleeting thought that she would not turn around and acknowledge any thing that might have happened in that moment and went into fight or flight and denial.

people who drink often lose control of their emotions and I think she knew she hit him..I think she may have wanted it not to be true and she was irrational ...she may have still had things she wanted to say..maybe she wanted to absolve herself.. I just don't believe her. mOO

While we wait for court to resume...
I find it interesting that so far, Brennan has avoided any mention of LE and Investigators, not one of them has been called to the stand. No mention of the slop and inexcusable lack of crime scene investigation that happened on Jan/22 and beyond. No Solo Cups, stop & shop bags, leaf blowers. The gathering of evidence? The storing of Evidence? Who is in charge?

Where is Waldo?

Not even JUST your opinion. Also the opinion of a highly accredited accident reconstruction firm that was independently hired by the federal government and not presented any details of the case OTHER than ‘Tell me if this man could have been hit by this vehicle, and how.’

So then we go to proof that he was hit by a car… which is sorely lacking.

You know what I'm wondering? Where is all the anger over JOK being killed from all these very dear and close friends of his? It's not in any of their texts or messages on any machines. There's no anger from them in any interviews with the media. I find it hard to believe that none of them are angry or are showing any anger towards Karen Read for killing their friend. I know if one of my close friends were murdered I'd be beyond PO'd at those responsible. Good investigator's will tell you that people who are close to murder victim's almost always express anger towards someone or something. They will even display anger towards the police for not doing enough to find the killer. Yet none of these people appear angry. I find it strange.

Sure…. But remember now he’s considered their friend. At TOD he was just a man in the snow. A guy who never came in the house. I mean, why would they feel any anger considering they acted like they barely knew him at the time…

It’s almost like their stories changed over time.

Lt. Paul Gallagher is up. He was the ranking officer on scene the morning John’s body was found.

I do acknowledge that this is a mess that may not be provable on any level. mOO

Wait, that’s weird. Why did Lt. Gallagher initially think the call was to Meadows Ave - where John lived??

I thought maybe he knew it was John - but he’s describing the call as ‘a person’ not breathing.

They went on vacations together which I'm sure is going to be looked into with great detail. The " man passed out in the snow " was a form of distancing in my opinion. This was a dear friend of theirs and yet there is no anger displayed anywhere about his death. All they were worried about was making sure that none of them were caught up in any way, shape or form in his death! It's very telling to me that none of them showed feelings or concern that their friend was dead. No, they were more concerned with proving that any of them could be connected to his death!! Who does this????

Then prove she hit him 🤷‍♀️
