So just to be clear, JM previously testified in trial 1 that she did not visit 34 Fairview in between One Meadows (Johns house) and Mike Lenks house on 1/30/22. However, GPS data disproves that.

Jen says ‘I never stopped by, we drove by slowly.’ Ok Jen.

Her explanation of "stopping by" meaning something more like, stopping... getting out... going in... vs. driving by to look at the crime scene is pretty understandable. I bet many here have done it.

Trying to impeach her over not remember the minute-by-minute details of a drive she made 3+ years ago is certainly a strategy, but I doubt it's going to resonate much with the jury.

At 5:12, JM left One Meadows. At 5:21, she arrived at her address at Country lane. At 5:28, she then left her home and arrived at 34 Fairview at 5:36 and stayed for at least 4 minutes. She left Fairview at 5:40 and arrived at Mike Lenks at 5:43.

WHAT WAS SHE DOING AT 34 FAIRVIEW? Removing evidence?

I have to disagree with your assertion. All cars will experience reduced traction and handling on slick, snow-covered roads, some better than others but to think a car is not affected by these conditions would be foolish. JMOO

I think it absolutely will. He’s highlighting her own inconsistencies in her sworn testimonies, not just asking her about random things from 3 years ago. She swore to all this. And there’s MAJOR ‘forgetfulness’ happening in her part.

In May 2024 (trial 1) JM testified that they went from One Meadows directly to Mike Lenks’ (Canton PD) residence. She indicated they were there to drop off one of Kerry’s daughters.

But on May 10, 2024, before her actual testimony, JM indicated that they went to the Lenk residence with Kerry Roberts to pick up her daughter at the residence, not to drop her off. AJ led her down a path - ‘So did officer Lenk make an incorrect report?’

JM says ML mixed up pick up and drop off. Lots of errors between Lenk and Proctor, apparently.

And the GJ too! Everyone but her got it wrong.

Idk how he was found. KR’s testified he was face up. 911 call said they flipped him over. I think it’s another example of how the story changed.

So Grand Jury was wrong, Mike Lenk is wrong, Proctor was wrong, Tully was wrong, her own GPS and cell records are wrong, and her own sworn testimony of events as she remembered at the time are - you guessed it - wrong.

It takes 5 min to drive 2.5 miles at 30mph in good weather conditions. The distance between 34 fairview and 1 meadows. And that is not accounting for possible stop lights or whatever might be encountered on the slick roads. Since 30 mph was used as an example in my original post, I would be surprised if the car was even being driven that fast in those conditions. And I for sure don't see 43 mph being easily managed on slick roads. JMOO

If she was doing the speed limit, it would take a min of 6-7 min via either of 3 different routes according to Google Maps. If she was going twice the speed limit, she'd make it in a minimum of 3-3.5 minutes. I doubt she was going that fast, maybe 5 miles over speed at best. I think someone claiming she could make it in 4 minutes in a snow storm is a stretch. I wonder if the so-called "black box" will show how fast she was driving?
