So strange that she didn't go pounding on the door and ringing the bell of her sister's house and just waited in the cold for 6.5 long minutes for ambulance. I don't like to say what I would do in someone else's shoes but seems like at a minimum most people would pound on the door and wake up the owners especially if they knew them.

Especially considering her sister and brother in law are both first responders/medical personnel.

She is being questioned why she did not go running into her sister's and BRIAN ABERTS' house, so this is at the specific time, tail lights next to him?? Her reason as not why she is concerned if people inside the house may also be harmed.. using the tail lights seen as an excuse, deducting that all is fine inside due to that. THIS is her story thought. IMO

Not only that, but if you see a dead man on your sister's lawn, your mind would be racing and expecting the worst. You wouldn't KNOW he hadn't been in the house. You wouldn't KNOW others were not also dead or dying. You'd be running into that house so fast to find out why her sister never picked up at 5:07, and again at 6:03 and 6:04 (or whichever times she called). It makes no sense she wasn't in a panic thinking about why her sister wasn't answering. You'd also be running in screaming for help from them. You'd be screaming as soon as you opened the door HELP HELP HELP.

The other day he said he only needed two hours today, yet, here we are and it looks like it will use the rest of the day to cross JMc. Thats okay, she holding up well. The 2:27 google search already debunked by Cellebrite. I supposed if a person doesnt understand digital forensic analysis then they would not understand the search was debunked. JMc doing an excellent job and is credible witness for the CW.

I suspect CW will call Jessica Hyde to the stand, she's on the witness list. moo

I'm a little behind and trying to catch up but I just have to ask ... if KR stopped her vehicle across from the front door ... then moved ahead to the flag pole ... then backed up and hit John ... how did his body end up by the flag pole. I’m behind on the stream. That’s a HUGE admission. No one saw taillight pieces. They weren’t found on the day of the accident.

When Jen McCabes claims are central to Karen Read even getting indicted in the first place, it makes perfect sense for AJ to be questioning her in the way he is.

The 2:27 search was not debunked. Just as JOK’s location was not proven. Of course, the prosecutions experts will interpret the data in the way that best fits their case. That being said, BOTH CW witnesses had to admit in cross that this was merely their interpretation of the data. Just recently in Trial 2 Whiffen had to concede that John COULD have been in the house, which is a huge blow to the CW case. We’ll see what comes up on cross with the Cellebrite experts.

I really hope that in the future information comes out on why the FBI got involved in John's death. Will we ever get a straight answer.

IIRC, it was due to the claims from the defense (now vindicated by Proctors dishonorable discharge and firing, IMO) that the law enforcement investigating the case were potentially corrupt or committing misconduct.
