It is surprising there was no damage but a broken taillight. But, I was hit by a vehicle going approximately 20 mph and there was no damage to the car. I was hit by the front right fender. The car had no visible damage to the fender, antenna, or windshield but I had a broken femur.

Hopefully AJ comes back and asks her how come she didn't need clarification for every question from prosecutor and her memory was fine for the same time period he was asking about.

AJ is pointing out that although no sirens were on, there were lights on multiple police and fire vehicles, as well as alleged screaming. Logically, the scene would have been enough to wake up Nicole and Brian Albert.

AJ is now pointing out that JM DID refuse to speak to the police - the Feds. That she suspended the interview.

That does not seem practical or possible IIUC? And how could it be considered accurate?

No one then supposedly knew at that point what had happened IIUC.

And didn’t someone IIRC, and it might even have been Jen McC, simply refer to the victim JOK as a man in the snow on the lawn earlier? Not identifying them by name or avocation?

If someone told me that this testimony from this witness is suspect or even possibly being crafted I could not disagree. MOO
