I don't think it's nefarious that people are in multiple photos with people they don't consider friends.

I didn't follow the first trial.

What I gathered from AJ today is that at some point before/during the 1st trial when Katie/medic was asked about Caitlin Albert she said there was someone in her high school named Caitlin Albert.
AJ gathered evidence to the contrary, Brennan found out and on direct he asked K about CA and then K fessed up to a relationship but not a one-on -one friendship.
Then on cross AJ had confronted her with all the photos/events, friends in common that they had for years and even went on girls trips together.
It was AJ catching KM in a lie about CA and had he not got the evidence to prove it and Brennan finding out about it Brennan never would have asked her about CA.

Can someone please explain to me how only these drops of blood were visible on top of the snow during a snow event? There was enough snow on the ground that they had snowplows out on the roads, They had to wipe snow away from JOK's face yet blood is visible on top of snow that has been falling and blowing around so much that they couldn't even set up a tent? So how was that blood visible?

Can someone also explain to me where all the other blood from JOK went? The medical examiner stated he was missing 3 liters of blood. Can someone tell me where it all went or is that just another one of those Canton Miracles?

Yeah, I get why AJ highlighted it. Barely moves the needle for me personally. Maybe the jury will see it differently. I just don't want the jury to get distracted and miss the bigger holes and inconsistencies in the CW's case.

She really tried to distance herself from CA who we know is an "Albert".

Well, lightly blowing away the top snow, it uncovered the coagulated spots of blood. I can see that. J had a lot of blood that had flowed down the front of his shirt and top part of jeans on a leg that was photographed. He also had blood on the top part of his shirt in the back. The blood that would of most likely gushed out would be from the deep gouge on the back of his head, where he fell. That basement area, one of them, was dug up, carpet replaced. The bulkhead doors were also replaced, so to me it was the exit from where J was carried. IMO

Makes me think he was left sitting up, leaning against the inside of the bottom of the bulkhead door area till they planned the best time to bring him outside. The cement floor by the first step to go up and out. Never heard exactly what part of the basement cement was dug up and replaced, it was not all of it. IMO

It's a good idea to research exactly how the ARCCA works.

Yes, they receive payment---that's how it works.

KR hired reconstructionists, and they're finally allowed to testify. They are a team of 52 experts. They are objective and were hired initially by the U.S. government.

As I said before, the annual income of the ARCCA firm would be in the millions. If you told me it was in the hundreds of millions I’d believe you. There's no way these guys are taking a quick payday to lie for KR. Putting their reputation and firm in jeopardy? Probably excluding them from ever testifying at any trial ever again? For a measly $23,000 payday no less. No.
