Thank you! So many people attempt to deceive others on the nature of ARCCA’s findings. The reality is that they were independently hired by the federal government, came to an independent conclusion, and offered those findings to CW and Defense - and notably, have not changed their findings since their trial 2 expenses were paid by the defense. If CW had taken them on as an expert witness, CW would have paid the trial 2 invoice. It’s very simple.

The point was not that they were paid but that AJ did not discover the invoice.

Lally ought to have been able to X ARCCA in T1 as to the fact that they were being paid by the D for their trial prep and testimony, notwithstanding that their original work was for the FBI

KR hitting JOK with her car! Case closed right??? Why not just provide that footage? This could have been over before it started
A Ford Edge pulling up and idling for several minutes. Maybe it wasn't able to see anything going on behind the Ford Edge, but it would prove Lucky isn't lying. Now...if they provided the ENTIRE footage and there was no Ford Edge and just Lucky making his passes without a problem, that would definitely impeach Lucky's testimony. Why not provide that footage which would help out the CW immensely!
JOK being chased by a dog?
JOK being carried out by someone?
Someone else hitting JOK with their car?
JOK just stumbling and falling and hitting his head?

Because they are saying JOKs DNA was found on the vehicle...so the vehicle MUST have hit him. Unless one of the RSCs dripped on the vehicle.

You do realize that they came to their conclusions before they were retained for trial 2, right? And that they have not changed their opinion since the report they released, both to the CW and the defense? Your assertions that they’re somehow crooked or paid for is baseless. Expert witnesses get paid for their time. It’s not a gotcha.

But they did offer to tweak and leave stuff out of their testimony, while in bed with and being paid by the defense. Very unsightly, unprofessional and not at all objective. MO

If LE is indeed incompetent, that is not, in itself, evidence, much less proof, that KR did not accidentally hit JOK.
Even Barney Fife got it right most of the time.
There will be time to judge and evaluate LE in this case, but, like it or not, KR is the only one on trial here.

In a trial the evidence itself is essentially also "on trial". It's admissible, it's relevant and just like the defendant is subject to scrutiny and challenge.

There are too many holes in the Canton PDs theory. The fact a Boston Police officer Never came out of his home tells me he knew something!!! The sirens would have been flashing through his windows. As an emergency personal he should have been out there.
I'm from that area and I feel she was definitely set up! Boston boys will always cover for each other.

Chloe would have been going absolutely insane! I know my dogs would have been!

This statement implies that the ARCCA witnesses conducted their studies at the request of the defense team. This is NOT true.
ARCCA conducted a blind study requested by the FBI. It had nothing to do with this trial. It is a separate investigation. ARCCA was provided with the facts of a body with John’s height and weight and John’s injuries and also the vehicle information and were requested to try and determine if this body was hit by this vehicle. The determination was that JOK did not die from being hit by a, (any) vehicle.
The results of that study were provided to both the CW and the D team prior to T1. The CW elected not to use these test results. The defense team did. As a result, the defense team has paid ARCCA for trial preparation and the associated expenses.
It is disingenuous to repeatedly imply otherwise.

The closest we got to seeing this was in the hours after JOK's body was removed - we saw an officer removing layers of snow with a snow blower. I didn't see any broken tail light then, did you? I saw a broken glass, I saw some spots of blood in the snow. Where's the tail light?
