A good point I saw mentioned today elsewhere is the fact that jen mcabe made 200 phone calls between Jan 29 and Feb 2. 200!!!!! Who the hell does that? Then consider that practically everyone got all their information from her...911, proctor, tully, bukhenik, kerry roberts, morrissey, lally, etc, etc, etc....Hell even Karen Read believed her on some things. It's plain as day to me. It did not take 20+ people to all go in on some master conspiracy. It took ONE! And that person in jen mcabe!!! All roads lead to her. Without her there is nothing! I joked a couple of days ago that it's all jen's world and we're lucky to be living in it. I'm not joking anymore. That woman is evil personified. She took control of this thing and commandeered everything after whatever happened to JOK happened. There is no escaping the fact that she is the link that brings this whole abomonation of a trial together. Every person in this whole pathetic saga is linked to her in one way or the other.

Thanks @Derph for that nice summary. It is hard not to examine that individual’s conduct and involvement in this matter. IANAL…… but sure almost sounds like some obstruction of justice and perjury charges could be pondered here? And wonder if the deleted phone calls might also be considered tampering with evidence? I sure hope that Canton police and the DA office are looking into that. MOO

IMO Matt and Jen extremely involved....including trying to separate Karen and John at bar. And Matt works in IT..... was he the one that tried to clean up the phones??

This is so damning to me. It shows collusion between BA and LE. Several people on a residential block are often spoken to by LE to gather information. Is it just a coincidence that BA wasn’t spoken to and LE didn’t knock on his door that night? Combined with not speaking to any neighbors surrounding?

It’s unheard of. It’s a good way to lose your job if you don’t gather important information.

This trooper witness is being intentionally difficult.

If someone would have marked or cordoned off where John's body was found before he was sent to hospital, then gathered the blood, maybe even shovel/clear the snow in that area, the additional accumulation would/could be noticeable and possibly photos with ruler marks as it accumulated.

If I understand, there was no tent/cover of a death scene nor security attending it that day and following days until the SP brought their crew along with tail light pieces. how does that happen?

Same as last trial IMO, since Green testified the exact opposite of Hyde. Hard to tell who is the better expert.

I'm just catching up now watching the trial and I must say, Ms. Hyde is such a pleasant person. Even though the defense is beating her data up, she answers very respectfully. I appreciate that.

You might have a point... or multiple points. But there is still the matter of reasonable doubt. The Forensic witness was no help today as she was snarky and did not hold herself in a manner appropriate to court room etiquette and her testimony has waffled. Then, let's talk about Connor Keefe. Totally incompetent and came off as truly deceiving. His testimony alone was enough to cause reasonable doubt.

-- Ex: its reasonable (no doubt) that a pedestrian strike occurred after being hit (clipped, whatever the evidence may be) by the defendant’s vehicle, while operating under the influence of alcohol, and leaving the scene of a crime. (guilty)

-- If there is any doubt that the defendant cant be placed at the scene of the crime, that’s reasonable doubt. (not guilty)

The CW is on their way to proving their case, but theres more evidence to present, first and foremost, the accident reconstruction expert (for the CW) will be invaluable.

The CW does not have to provide motive.

In addition, BARD is not that there are butt dials, that the homeowner didnt come (there were no sirens) out of the house, or that BH dumped his phone at a military base.

Further, I disagree with your opinion about Ms. Hyde (forensic data analyst), thought she was a great witness for the CW and she's another witness that didnt allow defense to twist their words. She’s top in her industry, a male dominate career, she's a success; and I love that, she’s intelligent, kind, and respectful. The star witness for today. Oh, and the star witness destroyed the claim that John O’Keefe was climbing stairs. Debunked. Again.

However, Alessi, needs to re-review how to speak to a professional (to a person in general), how to be respectful in the courtroom, his loud tone is inappropriate and he possibly is losing some jurors. He apparently is an angry little man. The defense is not helping their “client” with the cross examinations Ive seen. They (defense) are desperate and deflated. Wonder why...
