Yup! Absolutely ridiculous that they weren't even questioned!

A good point I saw mentioned today elsewhere is the fact that jen mcabe made 200 phone calls between Jan 29 and Feb 2. 200!!!!! Who the hell does that? Then consider that practically everyone got all their information from her...911, proctor, tully, bukhenik, kerry roberts, morrissey, lally, etc, etc, etc....Hell even Karen Read believed her on some things. It's plain as day to me. It did not take 20+ people to all go in on some master conspiracy. It took ONE! And that person in jen mcabe!!! All roads lead to her. Without her there is nothing! I joked a couple of days ago that it's all jen's world and we're lucky to be living in it. I'm not joking anymore. That woman is evil personified. She took control of this thing and commandeered everything after whatever happened to JOK happened. There is no escaping the fact that she is the link that brings this whole abomonation of a trial together. Every person in this whole pathetic saga is linked to her in one way or the other.

She has been caught in lie after lie after lie. She's changed her story now several times. She lied about making phone calls. She lied about contacting her sister. She lied about the dog. She deleated internet searches. She deleted phone calls. She lied to the FBI. She lied to the Grand Jury. She lied in the 1st trial. She's lied in this trial. How anyone can believe a single thing that she vomits out of her lying, disgusting mouth is beyond me. All of everything I just wrote above is all my own opinion and I stand behind every, single word of it!!!
Bam!!
BAM!!!!!!

Lets swab a few males from Fairview!

German Shepherds and Red Solo Cups will never be the same again. I can't even listen to Toby Keith's song without seeing dang Gallagher. GEEZ.
That’s funny. I was telling my husband about the red solo cups. He doesn’t watch the trial and his comment was that Toby Keith would be proud :)

YES! I don’t like to say anything derogatory because he is a brilliant litigator and probably a great guy. But, his voice can be soft, his diction difficult to understand and he asks questions in a bit of a monotone. Yet, he sounded vaguely familiar…..
Yes, it's hard not to notice little things like that. Also what was with this mixing up of the words "ultimately" and "inevitably". Very, very odd. I can't recall which trial day and witness ( it may also have been in one of the recent hearings) but Brennan has used the word "inevitably" on a number of occasions when the obvious word he was looking for was "ultimately". Am looking for the footage and will post when I find it.

I don't know about anyone else, but this poor use of English did stand out to me because it's coming from an acclaimed Attorney in law. It was odd, as if he didn't understand the difference in the words. Jmo.

For me, he may be a good attorney or whatever, but jmo he's just not all that in terms of his apparent reputation ie he has been referred to as a genius etc and I think that is pushing it. Jmo.

I agree. He looked very very uncomfortable.
It was the defense lawyer questioning him, very ineptly, IMO. Didn't he actually ask him (paraphrasing) when the pathologist was in the room with you, doing the autopsy, what was she looking at? When he looked confused, by such silly question, the lawyer said, was she looking at the ceiling?

You haven’t gotten to the part where she makes expressions with her eyes in a condescending manner.
Well Attorney Alessi was very unnecessarily bombastic in his manner towards the witness and wasn't letting Ms. Hyde answer. He even banged his hands on the podium and shouted at her at one point. She's human and reacted very mildly a couple times. I think she was an excellent witness for the Prosecution and very respectful. I think Ms. Hyde made the tech stuff very easy for the jurors to understand and evaluate. AJMO

The main point is without the supposed deleted calls and deleted search the Jen theory is zeroed out.

This testimony already happened in T1 so nothing new.

It’s worth remembering that all this testimony is only needed because the defence expert Green misrepresented the Cellebrite reports in the first place. It’s always been a silly conspiracy that Jen would go home and google how long it would take John to die.

MOO

Rewatching Hyde's testimony, having also rewatched her trial 1 testimony, it is crystal clear how this conspiracy came to pass.

IOS+Safari does keep at least TWO timestamps of your search - and we have these for Jen in the 6am hour. They come from both Knowledge C and Mobile Safari P-list.

The blunder was that Green, seemingly misreading the old version of Celebrite, relied only on the 'artefact' for the browser tab, rather than the 2 other artefacts for the actual time of the search.

He really ought to correct his analysis - but i bet the defence still seek to rely on his original analysis even though Celebrite themselves have given evidence it is incorrect.

End of the day this conspiracy needs to be put to bed. But of course it won't be.

What time did Jen and Karen find John and what time was the CPR attempted by them? I got some questions about the 603 am VM , #8 .

Have you read any of his court filings??? Misspellings, bad grammar, etc. They ought to call him The Butcher after the way he massacres the English language.

I hope there is an eventual separate trial with just the Alberts /Mccabe clan.

I felt bad when Alli broke down saying her family was being harrassed until she threw in that Colin Albert wasn’t in the house when JOK was there. (She had no idea the amount they tracked everything she did on Life 360.)

(If you missed it its on Law on Crime. Google KR trial and her name).

I recall that, and it was after a sidebar, they were foundational questions. I would take a BIG guess that after an objection, the judge made him ask the ridiculous question to set the foundation for the following questions about Johns various wounds.

When this search was or was not made does not impact my thinking one way or another.

If you watched the first trial you will have heard the ARCCA testimony. The report they issued was sent to the P who then sent it to the D in discovery I believe.
The D chose to use that exact report.
The details ARCCA presented in court were all from that very same report that was sent to the P.
By using science they showed that a vehicle did not cause John's injuries.
How do you suggest John received his injuries @mrjitty ?
