Holy crap. YB just said ‘which house’ when he was asked if he contacted CSSS to process 34 Fairview. Talk about intentionally obtuse.

ALL in the trial. I would bet on that! You would have to go back and rewatch. SOO many important details to watch and listen to to understand.. IMO
Did we know before this trial about 200 calls?

The civilian witnesses were interviewed, not at 34 Fairview, but in Jen McCabe’s house. We knew this, but good for the jury to start putting it all together.

B is uncomfortable much at this point. He is not going to risk his pension and bennies at retirement, he will say and do what will keep these things. I do not think his concern is that much about protecting uselessly, proctor, he is gone, fired, nor the others involved, which really seems it WAS all about p's involvement and orchestrating. B has a while till his retirement. He is proud of being in the homicide unit. He has made himself very not to be trusted to all involved in that dept, wonder if the powers that be over that department are having 2nd thoughts, none of his cases will be trusted, by those that DO the right thing in that department. IMO

THIS would strike me as odd. That BA went over there to be interviewed rather then at his own house, which happened to be where John was found.

Courtroom reporting is saying that three jurors are openly laughing at YB’s responses.

So JOK’s shirt, etc was found on the FLOOR of the hospital? How can you possible test for any evidence, dna, etc from something found on the floor of a hospital?

It would be helpful if you could include some specifics as to when the calls were made and were they outgoing and incoming? They was a very tragic death that had occured and I'm sure many calls were being made amongst friend and families. Are that what these calls were made up of? A link to the testimony would be helpful or a summary. TIA if you're so inclined to help.

Why would she be making so many calls? Sure, it was tragic. But I don’t know if I’d make 200 calls just because “a man” was found dead in the snow.

This is actually brilliant to watch unfold. Because Bukhenik was over-prepped to stick to the “he’s just a liaison” script, Jackson got him on cross to walk the jury through how every major report, evidence request, and document in the case was signed off by Proctor. Line by agonizing line.

The state’s now stuck: either Proctor was the lead and owns this investigation, or he wasn’t and they’re admitting someone else ran a sloppy case. Can’t have it both ways. All that just from Bukhenik trying too hard to protect him. Oof. MOO.

I see the socks!! Did the socks go into the evidence bag?

Proctor might have a lot of dirt on them.
So, stay on his good side so he doesn't spill everything.
IMO.
He definitely seems like someone who would take everyone down with him.

It was known previously his shirt was on the floor, also it was in the ambulance. This is the officer that last trial testified that he or someone laid out JOK's shirt to dry for days on a piece of paper. Here he goes to say that.

Up until now I believed Karen Reed was guilty but after listening to this MSP guy on stand, and his attempts to deflects and deny everything, I now think the cops are clearly hiding somrthing.

I am now in the Not guilty camp and now understand why so many people despise the police in general. This single police officer clearly contributes to anyone who believes that.

If you haven’t watched proctors testimony from trial 1 yet…

Lots of coordinating and had also been back and forth with the D.A. it was found. IMO

She's not family, though, so why would she be the one to make 200 phone calls? He wasn't even a Canton cop, so there's no reason for her to be involved in any of the arrangements, notifications, etc...
IMO.
Then she deleted all of that. IMO😡

Distancing

Yep. This is exactly it. She wasn’t just updating her friends and family about the death. Coordinating is the right word here.

And the defense didn't ask about it? Wouldn't you think the D would have if it was a big deal or something they thought was nefarious in nature?
I don't think it's the Defense's turn to present their case. It hasn't happened yet.
