Is court over for the day?

So someone from 34 Fairview asked O'Hara if they were there for what happened earlier. Why else would they be on the lawn?? He stated they drove their official vehicles to the scene. They aren't under cover.

Did she also do that long, drawn out, heavy sigh?
I haven't been watching the past half hour or so lol.
That sigh she always does bugs the heck out of me - it's a "can't be bothered" noise.
IMO.
Agree. Totally oblivious of her actions. Even bumping the microphone as she's gyrating in her chair. Her greeting in the morning, her instructions when dismissing the jurors for the day are so annoying. She really doesn't want to be there.

It had to be Brian Albert in a hoodie, sure hood up high. He had a purpose in doing that, coming out and asking that and being seen by them DO NOT KNOW. IMO

Then she should have recused herself when she was asked to.
If you want professional behavior in your court room, then BE THE EXAMPLE.
Sorry, it's just so contrary to the judges I was around when I worked at State Court.
IMO.

That's who I presume it to be. And I agree that he had a purpose in asking a nonsensical question and being seen.

AND THE HITS JUST KEEP ON COMING

Karen Read's defense prohibited from referencing death of Sandra Birchmore

Judge Beverly Cannone granted the order on Tuesday, scribbling on the document, "Allowed, unless door is opened."

Yep, as usual... This trial is really burning into her beach & margarita time.

This is important.

I firmly believe the tail light was officially broken in police custody, and before that, it had only been cracked by the bump into John's car as she was leaving to go look for him.

People confused by her frantic attitude have clearly never had a gut feeling something real bad happened to someone you love, paired with a total lack of communication from said loved one.

I knew my best friend died before anyone told me he did. And I felt so sick I went to the emergency room, I thought I was going insane, and I was throwing up nonstop and sobbing hysterically. I reached out to him all morning - we both had iPhones and my messages were green. For the first time since we got iPhones more than a decade prior, my messages were green. I kept telling myself, His phone just died, it's ok, his phone just died, but I didn't believe it. I was fully distraught and hysterical. Turns out I also needed surgery so I did get admitted, but I felt in my soul he was in immense trouble. I'm convinced that when you have deep ties to another human being you communicate almost telepathically - soul to soul, etc.
Just some thoughts. I have wondered if and/or what John may have shared about his job with her or cases he worked on. Especially at the bar or on the ride to the Alberts, was there some unfinished business in his mind??

IMO, I don't think it had anything to do with BH and KR flirting. If he knew about the texts, he would have asked her not BH and probly would have gone home to settle that.

He wanted to go to the Alberts, she didn't. IMO, there was something going on that BH and BA wanted to settle.

I wish we knew. If she is found not guilty, I think we may find out. If we were from Canton, we might already know. Talk about Canton Confidential!!!

Want to know what is sad? Even if she is found NG on all charges, you just know that his brother is still going to go after her in civil court for wrongful death.

We have had to remove several posts that quoted AI on this thread today.
We do not allow AI as a source.
Let me give you two examples of why AI is not reliable.
I googled Olivia Newton-John and Karen Carpenter and asked if they were best friends.
AI reported back that yes, they were best friends. They were so close that they attended each other's funerals.
AI also reported that a man named Chris Wolf was John Ramsey's attorney. Not even close. So wrong.
Again, these are just a couple of weird examples. Because it is not reliable, Artificial Intelligence is not to be used as a source on Websleuths, especially in the Karen Read case, where there are so many rumors and hundreds of facts. The last thing we need is AI stating a rumor as a fact.
I hope this helps.
Thank you
Tricia

Guarino wants that door nailed shut. IMO

In my opinion, this is not a sad thing. However, I agree that the family might go after her in a civil court for wrongful death if found NG. And, I hope they do.

If she is found not guilty why would you want an innocent person to be attacked?

Who found the taillight pieces?
According to USA Today
Hours after O’Keefe was found, Kevin O’Hara, a lieutenant with the Massachusetts State Police and search and rescue coordinator for the state, arrived on the scene to search for evidence. O’Hara said his team sifted through the snow slowly and methodically using rakes, brooms, shovels and head lamps. Less than half an hour after the search began, the team found a piece of broken taillight

T
he article goes on to state that the team found more pieces of the taillight while searching
