Did the 2:27 search happen then or later?? When I first started looking in to this case, it mattered more to me than it does now. To be honest, there is so much reasonable doubt with so many other matters, at this point it matters not to me. This is a case where multiple witnesses will say something different.

As others have mentioned, what truly sticks out to me in this case as in trial 1 and trial 2. They just plain cannot say how OJO died! So many people - who claim to be his friend - ignored him that night! The party people all did crazy butt things - like lie under oath, lie to the FBI, lie to the GJ, throw away phones, try to obscure evidence... We don't even KNOW what everyone did!
I felt the same way. I actually find her phone call to her sister Nicole just after 5 am (Jen denied she spoke to her) to be a bigger deal, especially because she denied she made it. Why lie? Phone records don’t lie. What was discussed? Why didn’t she lose her mind when she saw John lying there because a dead guy on her sister’s lawn could mean her sister and brother in law were also dead inside?

Where does the 12:45 time that Jennifer M. sees Karen's car come from? Is that just JM's recollection of that being the time or is there some digital data point that shows that time?

So JOK was supposedly hit by the car BEFORE he walked all those steps and read a text message, but the hitting by the car is what supposedly caused him to hit his head and die? How did he walk and unlock his phone and read a text after THAT?
Jen was adamant that she looked out at 1245 and Karen’s car was still there.

What about her not immediately getting her brother-in-law who was right there in the house to administer medical attention while help was on the way?
She could have done both at the same time, on the phone with 911 as she ran into the house.

Another thing that's hard to believe is that she didn't start screaming their names as she entered the house and going up the stairs and testified 2 different stories on how she approached the bedroom that they supposedly were sleeping in.

BA & NA didn't even come out of their house.
Forget about any evidence for a moment, the Canton crew's behaviors are unfathomable.

imo
She should have been shouting from the rooftops - she very easily could have been on 911 running up to the door and ringing the doorbell non stop - If that was me personally I would be terrified something happened in that house and my relatives were injured or dead - There is a PO dead on their front lawn and the DC lives across the street - mind blowing and not one soul comes out - not in 30 years

Oh wow so I didn't realize that not only does the CW say KR hit John at 12:31, but then she stuck around till at least 12:45 just sitting in her car? How did she back up into John and then still stay parked there for 15 more minutes? THAT seems unlikely.. seems if she hit him, she'd get the heck out of there.

This case makes less sense as the days go by.

Is there a Timeline anywhere here?
There has been conflicting times presented so far, the incident appears to be at 12:32ish.
But the alcohol expert used 12:45 timeline supplied by Jen Mccabe but Jen has conveniently now denied her 12:45 sighting of the car from the first trial.

LOL, need a shaking-my-head emoji for some (most!) of this stuff

The 12:45 is from JM’s testimony in Trial 1.

You can’t tell me that Jen didn’t even have a key to her sister’s house so even if the door hadn’t been left unlocked, she would have taken it from her purse easily. My sister lived 40 minutes away and we both had keys to each others’ homes.

…and she denied it in T2?? Her testimony changes so quickly I have whiplash. Oh, wait….her memory improves with time…..🙄

Regarding phone calls from JM to NA in the wee hours, I'm wondering why she wouldn't have immediately called her sister to see if JOK was even there, i.e. "hey, sorry to wake you, but KR just called me freaking out looking for John. Did he ever show up after we left maybe? Or did you guys ever hear from him, because he appears to have gone missing.

Also (and this question is for ALL of them - why didn't anyone think to call the police or hospitals to see if someone was picked up for vagrancy or an accident of some sort. Why run all over town? My first thing would be to call the authorities for quick answers. I've been through stuff like this with a couple of addicted family members and that is always our first go-to. Make some calls and see if they were picked up.

The biggest question of all was that the dog didn't go nuts with all of the police activity and hysterical screaming out on the front lawn. My dogs would have woken the entire house up.

Ms. Hyde mentioned John’s phone got Ring notifications as part of the activity in the phone after his body was found till noon on 1/29.

I’m more interested in John’s ring footage in general - we’ve seen the clip of Karen bumping John’s car, but why no other footage? Wouldn’t it confirm when she got back to 1 Meadows?

Thank you! 😊. I just tried it and was able to see every page I visited in the last month, or so, separated by date. I wasn’t able to get any timestamps, though. I’ll keep playing with it!
Yes, I tried it as well and I was able to see any time stamps either.

We already know when she returned to Meadows based on WiFi and voicmails. What would have been nice would be to see the vehicle with or without a smashed tail light.

I think she was removed from the home that night.

Yes, and JM testified that the front door was unlocked and she never saw Chloe the dicey German Shepherd.
Are LE known to keep unlocked front doors?

Your experience is appreciated.

Agree - they did not want anyone in the house, it could not be any more obvi and suspicious. Jen calls CoCo to say Karen wants to come to your house - Coco says you have to stall we are still trying to hide the blood stains in the basement or wherever John's blood fell.
That blood did not fall ouside.
One of the weirdest things to me all along was that they bring Karen back to John's house to search there. Cmon. That just seems like a What? moment.
You go to where you dropped him off and start calling everybody.
The call to Nicole lasted 38 seconds - I timed that out - plenty of time to sound the alert etc.

To believe the conspiracy theory, heres what you’d have to believe actually happened.

  • A Boston PO’s son is having his birthday party at 34F; and the house full of his friends.

  • Also, family members, friends, police officers, and acquaintances show up to 34F.

  • A group of young teens heard no commotion, no fighting, yelling, pushing, punching, shoving, no noise related to a fight, or struggle.

  • Also, in the house, a German shepherd who possibly mauled the officer victim without leaving any evidence of dog DNA, or any other trace evidence of a dog attack, left abrasions on victims are, no barking, bleeding, dog hair on said victim.

  • No one heard or saw a body being dragged (taken) out of the house.

  • Ladies are dancing and singing to "its Raining Men” - oblivious to anything happening in the house or around them.

  • JMc googling hos long to die in cold, w/o a care in the world. Even though, John was her dear friend, she’s willing to cover up a crime for the people who attacked and killed John, or did JMc do it (?).

  • The conspiracy... kept secret by all, all these people keeping silent for over three years now. Not one person has come forward to explain what really happened to John in that house. No texts, no phone calls, nothing found to expose the “conspiracy” brilliantly hidden away like a treasure chest, without anyone utilizing Signal app, deletion of text messages, etc.

Totally.unrealistic.unbelievable.ludicrous.

-- Who knew there’d be a murder party at junior’s birthday party? Perfectly planned.
--The conspiracy is old, very old news. The “dog bite” shall be old news too.

Just another opinion of mine

The federal investigation found no evidence of corruption or collusion to frame Karen Read. The End.
You might have a point... or multiple points. But there is still the matter of reasonable doubt. The Forensic witness was no help today as she was snarky and did not hold herself in a manner appropriate to court room etiquette and her testimony has waffled. Then, let's talk about Connor Keefe. Totally incompetent and came off as truly deceiving. His testimony alone was enough to cause reasonable doubt.
