Up until now I believed Karen Reed was guilty but after listening to this MSP guy on stand, and his attempts to deflects and deny everything, I now think the cops are clearly hiding somrthing.

I am now in the Not guilty camp and now understand why so many people despise the police in general. This single police officer clearly contributes to anyone who believes that.

I was like you till Brian Albert testified last year. Having an open mind is very important in this case.

Well considering the unexpected and tragic death, 200 calls back and forth between family, friends, acquaintances, over 3 days may seem like a lot but it would all depend on how popular the deceased was and how big his extended family was. Did anyone break down or give an idea of who the calls were between?

She's not family, though, so why would she be the one to make 200 phone calls? He wasn't even a Canton cop, so there's no reason for her to be involved in any of the arrangements, notifications, etc...

Ms hyde did not state any reasons calls were made or who was called afaik. I had not seen this issue brought up before as I recall. Somebody most likely has a record of all her calls maybe you will hear more.

YB trying to say the search warrants signed by Proctor cannot be authenticated, as if the court would allow doctored documents in. Kind of insulting to Judge Cannone, no?

I have never seen anything like this before. This is a complete pooh-show for the CW. This is being broadcast worldwide and this whole trial just went down the toilet. There's no recovering from this. It's obvious to most that this trial should never have been brought forward. Heads need to roll for this.

There has been zero evidence submitted to this jury yet HOW OJO was killed. BARD exists completely at this point. The experts and witness that have testified so far have all been picked apart and proven to perjure themselves by the defense. There is definitely reasonable doubt about the witnesses being truthful! I also think Alessi is and has shown himself to be a brilliant attorney

Just sad that it took this man's death to bring all of the shadiness and incompetence to light, not only in this case, but in others.

I have no idea what the defense will do. I guess I will find out when they present their case.

AJ is asking YB if he thought there was a physical altercation. YB says yes.

AJ: What steps did you take to determine whether or not anyone in 34 Fairview could have been involved in that possible physical altercation?

YB says they interviewed the homeowner and two witnesses in the home.

The home was not secured on 1/29. Neither was the yard. AJ really driving that home to the jury.

No search in the house. No photos of the house. No criminalist processing the house.
