Distancing
Also keeping anyone not in that house that night AWAY, especially any LE. Eassssier on the mind that way. IMO.

OMG look at the faces of everyone in the courtroom. They all want to shrink and get as far away from this as possible IMO! They are openly embarrassed at this abomination of a court proceeding. Congrats human being masquerading as a judge! You have made your courtroom into a complete JOKE!!! Your integrity is gone! No one will ever take you or the MSP seriously again. Outstanding job there cannone!

John’s shirt wasn’t bagged into evidence for 6 days.

And the “no evidence log” comes up again

I was taken aback by the fact that he got mad at AJ and said 'it was in our possession' Oh ok. Why ever need an evidence log, then?

No report was written about finding John's hat, straw or tailight pieces on 2/3/22 and 2/4/22 until 18 months later.

Chief of Police Berkowitz was in the sallyport when Karen's car was towed to CPD.

Here is Vinnie Politan. Video was premiered today but it is from yesterday.
Start at about 21:00 minutes into the video.
@22:00 Vinnie says, "I am at the point where the defense has to get the jury to believe that it's reasonable there's a reasonable explanation alternative explanation for the taillight there, and it has to be someone is planting the evidence. Someone has, there's no other way tell me another way that the taillight ends there, it's either Karen Read striking John O'Keefe, or someone planting evidence. It's this or that. That's it."

That's where I am at. Where is the evidence that someone planted this taillight evidence.
Don't get me wrong. I think there is plenty of reasonable doubt because of the mistakes made in the investigation but I'm not seeing how this evidence was planted. Yet. Maybe the defense will bring it home during their case.

How does Vinny explain the intact taillight that morning?

wrote reports 18 months later? ackkk

this just keeps getting worse ...

I know most of this came out last year.. but I was only passively watching the 1st Trial.

Can someone tell me... did they find pieces of the tail light on JOK's sweater? How would small pieces remain on it if it was thrown on the floor, bagged, removed from bag to lay out to dry... ?

I'm sure Jackson will bring it up at some point.

Chief of Police Berkowitz was in the sallyport when Karen's car was towed to CPD.
Brian Higgins, in an interview with Proctor and YB, apparently called Chief Berkowitz a close friend.

I get so distracted when watching, and sometimes I miss parts of the trial, thank you for posting this stuff!!

YB was told to respond to 34 Fairview because Chief Berkowitz called him and told him he 'saw something while driving by' 2/4/22. Wow.

They then did not write a report about that piece of plastic for 18 months.

I stopped watching Court TV. They flip back and forth about every case so that they keep viewers’ attention. It’s mostly sensationalist. I am really glad there are so many other sources both with and without commentary to choose from.

AJ pointing out: If CPD recused themselves from interviewing, why was the chief continuing to collect evidence/visit 34 Fairview?

That's all we get today.
