I dont see any criminal intent that would justify manslaughter in that affidavit - there is a reason for that - because there was no criminal intent.

I understood exactly what KR was saying. No one knew what happened to John. I would think it would be odd for her to NOT wonder if she had accidentally hit him. ARCCA, imo, cleared all of that up! No evidence JOK’s injuries were cause by a vehicle strike.

The video shows Higgins at the Canton PD on the phone at 1:35am even though he denied it.

It's clear some people don't care about the police lying in order to get a conviction by ANY means or facts that show a conspiracy or shady dealings. Their hatred for Karen trumps everything. I'm convinced there could be video evidence of police planting evidence and they'd still make excuses for them and say Karen is guilty anyway. What we've just seen here in these last minutes are direct video evidence that Brian Higgins lied under oath in a court of law about his activities on the night and day after JOK was murdered. Nothing will be done about it. cannone will do nothing about. Some don't care. I'm completely perplexed by this attitude and trying to understand how we've come to this in the country.

It's also clear that these people have no intention of having any type of reasonable discussion about these massive issues in the case IMO.

Right, someone needs to spell it out and I'm sitting here watching. The main points of Higgins wandering around between cars, having a bag, being on the phone outside in the snow fall. I don't know if he changed clothes, sweatshirt, as someone asked. In one shot he looked like wearing a white sweatshirt, not the dark one with lettering on it. Could of been lighting. THANKS.

So jeep could have been parked to the left of driveway at 34th a little after 12:00 and easy to put something in jeep later. And never parked on street.

Proctor lied about the time it was seized on reports.

MP wrote 5:30pm instead of 4:16pm
