The time of the butt dials is not the same as the video. I can't find in his previous testimony about any calls at that time.
Doesn't mean that there wasn't, it just wasn't brought up last trial.
It could also be Facetime or another app that doesn't log calls like cell records would. I think they were only able to get the cell records and not the actual phone.. because well... he disposed of the phone.

What we've just seen here in these last minutes are direct video evidence that Brian Higgins lied under oath in a court of law about his activities on the night and day after JOK was murdered. Nothing will be done about it. cannone will do nothing about.

Why does the offense of perjury even exist if it so rarely results in charges?

I would suggest if a prosecution witness can be shown to have perjured themselves it should result in an immediate mistrial.

The truth of JOK's death could be revealed quite easily if the various perjurers in this case were threatened with jail time.

Alas, that is not how the system works.

And that is by design.

I don't think he changed his sweatshirt... he took down his hood and put a beanie on though, which isn't that shady considering the weather.

There IS missing video footage from the library, 12:37-12:39, but KR’s connection to JOK’s WiFi at 12:36 makes that a mostly moot issue.

If she had of done, it would be on the video. No video is missing. Karen must have told Yannetti that for him to claim it in Court - yet we know it wasn't true.

Why did Yannetti make that false claim in court?

Bbm. I’m sure the fbi was as surprised as the rest of us to find out that conclusive independent evidence that JOK wasn’t killed by a car didn’t cause the CW to drop the motor vehicle manslaughter case against KR.

Yes, I think the FBI expected or deduced that the CW would take on board ARCCA's findings and make the reasonable decision to drop the prosecution of KR. I suspect there would have been some surprised people amongst the feds when this didn't happen. Jmo.

I don't think anyone here can conclusively claim that federal agencies are no longer interested in this case or the outcome. I know some/many believe that, but I'm not sure there is anything backing that up as an uncontested fact. Jmo

What I was commenting about was his actions, not moving vehicles, the lies, the getting things out of different vehicles and putting things in vehicles. BH is full of cr@p!
