No the Defence, could have just said we have no questions to the judge when Peggy was on the stand. Instead they stood up, paid their respects and said we have no further questions for this witness.

Another story changes today. The defendant changes her story now claiming she saw John O’Keefe go into the house. This contradicts earlier statements made.

Additionally, she really didnt answer the question about whether she deleted the Ring video.

It was a yes or no question. She did not answer with a yes or no.

So let me get this straight here...the CW is not calling the lead investigator ( proctor), his commanding supervisor ( tully ), their own crash re-constructionist, ( paul ), the owner of the house who had a dead body on the front lawn just a couple of yards away from his bedroom ( brian albert), his soon to be ex- wife ( nicole), their adult kids who were having a party in the house that night ( brian jr, and caitlin ), the medical examiner, brian higgins who is a named suspect in JOK's murder and others... but is going to call 2 minors who lost the only father figure they had left in the world and who know absolutely nothing about what happened to their uncle that night on the stand to try to strangle an ounce of sympathy out of a jury who has surely checked out by this point.

How incredibly pathetic, desperate, and morally bankrupt do you have to be to think this is a good strategy and will play to your favor after the pathetic displays all your witnesses have exhibited thus far in this trial? Shame on you hank brennan! Shame on you!!!

Tonight while making dinner I listened to Julie Albert's testimony from the 1st. trial.
She left the bar earlier the night before due to a migraine so she didn't go to the Albert's house with everyone else.
Every year on Brian Albert Jr. birthday morning she drops off 6 donuts for him and a card in his car.
She arrived at the Alberts around 8:30 am and told Yannetti that there were no police cars, no fire engines, no crime tape no people walking around etc and when he asked her if she could have run around on the lawn she answered yes, dropped tail light pieces, she said yes.

She had no idea anything was amiss until BA asked her to come in the house which she hadn't planned.

Terrible that they didn't secure it at all.

This also has signs of the green light from judge, kindly tone towards JMc and smiles, sympathy. They do not care. Not LE that has been on the stand as well. They may know better, but their answers show only in their own best interests and the people at the Albert house. SO surreal. IMO

Why do all these people need coaching, tell lies, keep changing their stories from the Grand Jury to testifing in the 1st trial?
Bottom line is if they were on the up-and up none of this would be necessary.
And JOL supporters who want KR found guilty don't question any of this.
