Really? IMO she could only sling insults and nothing more because she knows sanctions aren’t warranted and she doesn’t want an official paper trail documenting her gross bias.
Exactly. It’s courtroom theater, IMO

Now the video is being shown of Karen backing into John’s Chevy at 5:07 AM.

Officer B does not see what we all see?? Say yes and save us ten minutes. LISTEN to him, why cannot he say those words out of his mouth??? IMO

  • #324
Maybe, maybe not is my take. Being privy to the knowledge, unlike the jurors, makes me discount the objectivity of the conclusions. JMO
Sigh. The conclusions were made after the FBI had them do this and before either side was contacted. How could they not be objective?

Chloe is coming up AGAIN! Wow. AJ really wants to drive that home.

Brennan tries to object, but judge Cannone allows it.

YB says that he knows that the Alberts had Chloe on 1/28-1/29.

Sidebar when AJ mentions that the Alberts got rid of Chloe.

He is showing out IMO. He thinks he’s above having to deal with all this and is making it as difficult as possible for the defense.

Chloe needs to lawyer up IMO

SO arrogant is what he is showing us, not a LEO speaking and answering as a professional in a trial. He knows why he is being obtuse, it's embarrassing I hope for all LEO's. IMO

On to Chloe !!!!
Show us the picture, AJ !!!

Now what exactly is this knowledge you are privy to? You think the US Attorney Public Corruption unit hired the FBI, and then the FBI made false conclusions, sent them to both the prosecution and defense, in the hopes that they might get some expenses paid for 3 years later?

Who would have guessed a night at the bar with a room full of Cops would end you up in court ,where all your time is spent in a Side bar.

I might be bonding with the ceiling fan.

I said i yesterday and I'll repeat today.

Until this MSP cop took the stand I still thought KR was guilty (though I believed the crown hadn't proved their case beyond reasonable doubt).
His deflecting and avoidance of simply answering yes or no to a yes/no question is both disgusting and embarrassing and clearly indicates the cops are trying to hide something.
I think he is corrupt.

This witness.....

1) Has changed my belief to where I think KR is absolutely NOT guilty.
2) Quite possibly will single handedly swing more than one juror to vote in favour of Karen Read
3) Confirms the belief of those in the general public that believe there is corruption in police investigations
Major respect for saying this. A lot of people double down instead of admitting when something doesn’t add up. You’re calling it exactly how the jury could see it (hopefully) - Buhkehnik’s testimony is straight up shady.

YB is definitely showing his muscle, showing off, and showing us how defiant and obnoxious he really is. He won't accept any line of thinking about JOKs death except for KR's guilt. AJ is showing how inept he was in his investigation. He is an embarrassment to any law enforcement service IMO. Also, when I look at him, I see such a resemblance to Putin, it makes his testimony seem even worse.
MOO

Are there doggie Attorneys at the Rainbow Bridge?
Poor Chloe :/
IMO.
I hear she is alive.
Living happy on a beach? That is one story anyway. Someone should start a Chloe book series.

The official Albert story is that she was rehomed to a farm in Vermont. But who knows. If she's alive, I hope she has lots of room to run and is well-loved.
IMO.

Should have asked When did you look into it unofficially? That was a very interesting wording from the witness.

HARD to believe this story from Officer B. New owners gave Chloe a new name after taking her away from all she has known and who for several years?? He could not say where the dog ended up after rejecting several suggestions of what to call where she was, but he knew?? IMO.

YB remembers the dogs new name (how do we even know it's the same dog), but he can't remember literally anything else that would be incriminating to the CW, guy is a liar moo
