OMG he really is justifying his 5/5 review of Proctor who was fired and behaved in a gross and embarrassing way as a representation of the state police.

He really just said he thinks he has a 1st amendment right to say that Karen was retarded and also to speak about not finding any nudes.

IF he is justifying this then he is guilty of the same thing. He thinks it's okay.

Anyone feeling the need to vent frustrations should go home and do so with their spouse or someone NOT associated with the case and certainly not their boss. I am not sure how venting about a case means that someone is justified in calling someone retarded and what is totally 1000% inappropriate is to joke about not finding nudes. Even venting or make a joke, etc does not warrant saying anything sexual about a person you are investigating for a crime. He himself is not representing the state police in a respectful way but trying to justify bad behavior.

Like the texts that AJ had YB read last week, which some parts could look bad for Karen, the testimony of those sisters might make KR look poorly, but the situation is one which still shows how JOK was again acting like a lush in their relationship (falling down drunk) and could have been trying to kiss the sister no matter what she says (like drunk men often do to young women). It's a nothing burger really in relation to Karen's guilt or innocence. I also suspect they will change their story to make it seem even worse, and AJ will put them in their place.

The P must feel like they need to spice things up and add some reality tv drama to their case. It shows both John and the defendant in an unflattering way. Another example of booze not being your friend.
It really does not hurt the defense - just drags out the trial
