The breaks in this trial are ridiculous. Barely get started and they are taking morning recess.

Is it possible that the frequent breaks are for the comfort of someone? After all, the defendant herself has gastrointestinal issues and a stoma, and it's not unreasonable to consider that she or someone else in the courtroom might need frequent bathroom breaks.

I would say no. My guess would be that she has her meals and logistics already figured out for that. And it shouldn't take her that long anyway. JMO (based on having family members with the same conditions )

It will take a lot more than one new colonel to change the culture of the MSP IMO. Most of these cops have started around the same time as the others and have established personal friendships with coworkers. They get promoted to different levels but still maintain their friendships to their peers. It’s so evident in the testimony of YB he has a solid friendship with MP despite his being his so called superior.

There is no missing Library footage. Karen connected to Johns home router at 12.36am (testimony Guarino).

There IS missing video footage from the library, 12:37-12:39, but KR’s connection to JOK’s WiFi at 12:36 makes that a mostly moot issue. There seems to be a lot of missing video, though, which creates an issue in my mind. Where is the missing video from JOK’s ring camera? How about the Arlo footage from the Deputy COP in Canton? Gallagher said the footage wasn’t worth looking at because he knows the camera only covers his front stoop. Um, yeah, ok. This a a murder investigation. Collect the recording and allow the investigators to conclude whether it’s useful. I’m not even going to start on the sally port video. All moo!
