Back to YB. He ADMITS the LE accessed JO's ring account and there is NO EVIDENCE KR did. The narrative Karen deleted ring footage is officially DEAD thanks to Yuri Bukhenik, a witness for the prosecution.

Thank goodness it's been officially dispelled for everyone to see. If anyone still believes she deleted the videos at this point, there is no helping them see the facts.

If no staging, then inevitable finding of vehicle involved.

So will AJ try to claim the staging happens earlier in the day?

Did they make their determination that JOK was not hit by a vehicle just based on the autopsy report?

Or were they made aware of anything outside of the injuries to JOK's body, e.g., Karen's 'quoted' statements.

Well, it’s not just “nothing to see here, the injuries couldn’t have happened”

There’s physics involved and I’m far from a math expert but they’re going to take into account his location, position, etc and probably more I just don’t remember.

I have a feeling the jury noticed the judge's attitude towards defense. Thankfully they were sharp enough and needed and wanted to hear the witness testimony from the defense atty., as of course they are supposed to and need to for a transparent and fair trial. Using their own minds this was. Good to see. What's the pushing and sighing? IMO

I think I was wondering if it was like 'there's this woman saying she hit this guy' and the experts were like 'nope, she can say that all day but it is impossible'.

That is, they came to their conclusion based solely on the science and were not swayed by a supposed 'confession'.

What, does JBC have a hot date? Interrupting and pushing AJ to finish - saying they normally break at 4. They start at 10, have a morning break, a lunch break, a dozen side bahs and then stop at 4. Nice work ethic - worse than bankers hours.

They were provided select info by the FBI; the state of the Lexus (damage, photos and reports), the details of the injuries ( photos and descriptions,, redacted autopsy). Plus, other relevant stuff like position of victim's body in relation to the roadway, distance and other things of that nature. It was a blind study/ experiment so there was no chance of any bias. They knew nothing about the case, who the victim was or who KR was. Moo
