It was all proctor's 'supervisor' B. Defense atty at the end was treated HORRIFIC by judge. WANTED HIM gone and not continue to point things out to him. Jury NOTICED this. A good thing.
she tried to end the questioning 3 or 4 different times until she got her way.

This image came up again today during Bukhenik's testimony. The Commonweath of Massachussetts has to convince a jury of 12 people from the community to all unanimously conclude beyond a reasonable doubt, that the injuries in this image were caused by a Lexus SUV reversing into a fully grown man at 24 miles per hour.

If anyone thinks this is possible, go outside and find the nearest parked car in the street and put your arm up against the taillight. Tell me how the impact of that taillight could cause these injuries up the entire length of Mr O'Keefe's arm.

JMO

First time seeing this photo.
Didnt watch KRT1
How was this arm this messed up and he had a fatal head injury.
Was he shirt less and sprawled across the back of the suv?

It is kinda hilarious they had to smash that lens into so many pieces to be able to even pretend his arm was immediately inquired by every injury they had to prove was from the light.
Seriously if it was 3 pieces found it would have been more believable. IMO.

Ty.
Being a person that follows on different platforms ,and finding out how other members view cases entirely different from one another and seeing how emotions overshadow fair and balanced often . I appreciate your prospective .
What is the general consensus on the other platforms?

It boils down to ,why are the witness so adverse?
In TERMS OF you follow these cases and watch random trials then you can really see how different this case is from normal justice. They trying to cover up their rashes. I mean I am not an expert ,I just like to see thE opinionS everywhere. This case has a lot of moving parts and a ton of them have nothing to do with KR but this trial will change their life too. IMO

ADA Brennan’s redirect was brilliant. He’s a master at his craft. Love watching him! Hope in his future he will be teaching law. Ive never seen such masterful work in my life!

Jackson talks about integrity and honor… yet, they are the ones who lied to the court, lied about paying witnesses, utilize Signal app, and deleted 100 text messages. Yep.

I cant imagine that the jury gave much attention to Jackson’s cross examination. Most likely they’re thankful he’s done with his cross of Sgt YB. Jackson’s mention of “beer muscles” [never heard that one] and liquid courage, a joke, and he’s doing exactly what defense's do - throwing everything against a wall and see what sticks. Nothing relevant to the case, they got nothing. Keep reaching…

Im sure the jury notices that Jackson persistently interrupts ADA Brennan and ADA Brennan rarely objects while Jackson is doing his long winded cross. ADA Brennan is fair, confident, and patient and Jackson constantly panics resulting in interruptions.

Re: Microscopic pieces

Will be great once the microscopic pieces of tail light found in John O’Keefe’s clothes come in.
You cant plant microscopic pieces of tail light in someone’s clothing.
You cant see these pieces w/o a microscope. It’s impossible to plant something you cant see.

In addition, the sharp edges of tail light pieces found explain cuts on arm of John O’Keefe.

My very own opinion for now.

Yes, it was very, very uncouth and that was from hearing her, my stream was not showing her, not sure if others were, but it was loud and clear how she was coming across to anyone. I feel she is def tone deaf to how she appears which is extremely unprofessional, very much on the prosecutor's end of things. It is very creepy, really, but the jury is also seeing that up close. Good. IMO

You can and they did.
Are you watching the trial ?
A lot of people follow it only on twitter.
Have you been following this case?
And how?

I like Brennan too and agree that his incisiveness probably works well in contrast to Jackson at times (today's questioning felt very bloated - I can't imagine the jury is staying too invested), although the overall impression of YB and the conduct of the police is clearly not going to be good either. Not really sure who it benefits at this point.

I think calling it a “chain of custody” would be using the term very, very loosely. 😂

Your right ,we should call it the deflection of responsibility.

IMO, Every piece of evidence that was touched, bagged or tagged by Michael Proctor should have been tossed out of this trial. It's all highly suspicious and tainted by the master of taint himself. Shame on this court. Shame on the CW. MOO

What is the general consensus on the other platforms?
On Reddit it is similar to here - KR innocent, CW corrupt and/or incompetent

Strange, The person who mentioned integrity was dear old Yuri and he said it about a guy who was fired from his job for horrible behavior. So you bring up people who lie. How do you feel about the cops who lied under oath or is that okay to you?

I would never call Brennan brilliant.

Geeeeeze the CPD Higgins footage was intentionally withheld from the defense for three years?? 😡😡😡😡
No, the defense did not withhold this evidence. It was discovered by the defense sometime in December 2024. They had sent a forensic expert to look at camera footage at Canton PD, only to find out it had been overwritten. He did, however, find the footage of Higgins in the parking lot of the CPD on his phone at around 1:30am (this is what we saw today in court). Don't know the details of how this was found.

I couldn't make sense of you posts but then than I noticed your motto.

Lying can become habitual.

And I now I need to re-read them, but maybe with a different perspective.
